Good: Fairly priced. Excellent service by waiters, cleaning staff. Bad: Although it resembles a senior retirement community, the extremely steep roads and stairs require you to be a mountain climber. Don't expect the elevator to be working. The imperious office staff will probably not speak English and will remind Americans of a DMV. As in Cancun, Los Vegas, and other vacation paradises around the world, beware of bait and switch on site hard-sell realtors. This is a wonderful resort with plenty of activities for young well-to-do Mexican families. I'm happy for them!

Two out of four days without internet in the room then you charged me an extra 400mx. Room key did not work properly. Changed the cards out a couple times. Steak quality poor at el faro. I paid $388cdn a night for this resort and expected a lot more. Excellent service and view.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is extremely outdated, with furniture in poor condition and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The quality of the rooms and food was well below expectations particularly troubling for a resort advertised as all-inclusive. Shockingly, the “All-inclusive” package included only one coffee and one piece of bread per day, which is unacceptable by any standard. The only redeeming aspect of the stay was the El Faro restaurant, which provided a much needed contrast to the otherwise subpar experience. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. The service, amenities, and overall value were severely lacking.

The AC unit inside one of bedroom started to leak all over the floor. It kept my daughter up all night and she slipped on the water. Thank God she was able to hold on to something. The problem was reported to staff and I wasn’t even spoken to compensate the lack of sleep for my daughter and the issue of water all over the room. I was disappointed.

Very enjoyable resort. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend it for you. It is built into a cliff side. Beautiful views but lots of stairs and uneven surfaces.

Nos sorprendió lo grande que es el hotel, las distancias a recorrer son grandes pero el hotel brinda traslado gratis para todos lados. La comida en general fue muy buena. La hora de check out es a las 10:00 am pero te dejan estar en el hotel hasta las 5:00 pm. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, aunque los colchones un poquito duros y el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no enfriaba bien

Way too many stairs!! Bad knees or bad legs? Do not go here! Anywhere you want to go on the property requires climbing or descending stairs. There are NO elevators! Entryways are all outside. The employees were all nice 👍, I enjoyed the fresh food, weather was perfect, bathrooms were always clean. Just too many stairs for old knees.
