Enjoy your own 2 bedroom, 2 bath, luxury condominium, on the 10th floor of one of Ixtapa’s newest and most elegant additions. Suite 1003-S is spacious, bright, exquisitely furnished, (all custom furniture) has great views from every room and overlooks miles of tranquil beach and Ixtapa Bay. The condo is painted in vibrant Mexican colors along with beautiful pebble/stonework give the condo a very tasteful and upscale feel. Many original, unqie art work from Mexico.

Express elevators bring you to an intimate, tasteful lobby that leads to the exclusive pool area, adjacent to that quiet beach we mentioned. There’s a small bar, business center, fitness club, and massage facility.

Please note: The Building Administration charges a Resort Fee of $350 pesos per adult and $200 pesos per child between 4 and 11 years old, collected at check-in. This fee is paid directly to the building staff and is NOT included in the cost of your reservation. You will have access to the entire condo and to amenities in the complex.
