"For a 5 star hotel I had to complain about our room which was very basic, lacked natural light and not at all modern like the pictures online. It turned out they 'upgraded' us as a family of 4! "A very nice hotel for a brief stop over. Conveniently located & everywhere is easy to reach from here. Surprisingly quiet for the location, too. Comfortable bed & a delicious fresh-cooked (& plentiful) breakfast. Friendly staff. A note for Expedia:check out on the booking confirmation says noon, but we received a text from the owner saying we needed to check out at 11am. It didn’t inconvenience us too much, but it could have done if we’d been further away. This needs to be amended on the site."
