"Overall great hotel and room. We got room service to the room and staff asked up to go and get out drinks from the bar (our room floor 3 and bar floor 10) which wasn't an option as we were in our gowns which is why we were calling room service, this has meant i had to lower the staff score. "

"sun palace staff from the front desk to the dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all great! staff worked very hard to provide guests a good experience. The property itself needs an upgrade and several repairs need to be made. The cost of the resort and the all-inclusive status make it work for all income levels and guests traveling with children. we enjoyed our holiday very much and utilized the bus stop right across the street from the resort to go into Rhodes town and to go to Lindo's. my husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay as well as both of our birthday's. We enjoyed the island very much. The front desk staff had a bottle of wine and fruit in our room for our 25th wedding anniversary which was a very nice touch. "
