With so many exciting activities to keep everyone busy around the house, you may not even need to venture out and about, but when you are looking for more, there's plenty to do within a short drive. Up the street is Archie Gubler Park for sand volleyball, pickleball, kickball, baseball, picnics, cooling off in the splash pad, and playing hot lava tag on the playgrounds. The home provides bikes for fun rides around the neighborhood. A few miles further is the fantastic Tuacahn Amphitheater, which features Broadway shows and great performances.

Paradise Village is a wonderful, family-friendly option for any vacationer who wants to hang out with the family and have fun! Our amenities include a Kid’s Cove water park and lazy river, as well as another two-tiered heated pool with a water slide between them. There are additionally two, large community hot tubs, walking/biking trails nearby, RV and boat parking and we are right next door to Archie Gubler Park, that includes pickleball, basketball, baseball, sand volleyball, and a splash pad!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Theater was spacious and fun, hot tub was a perfect retreat from the chilly evenings, and the arcade games were a blast. Lots of space for our large group. Would recommend the dishwashers get some attention from the property managers and to provide more dish soap and garbage bags, but other than that, it was a gateway stay!

Great property to house work retreat. Large enough for large gatherings together as well as space apart. The large theatre room functioned well for our work presentation and then at night the kids took it over for movies. We had a work retreat with families so having pool access for spouses and kids was key during our meeting times.

We arrived very late due to the freeway shutting down, and were still able to reach someone to help us get into the house. They were very responsive and we had a great time enjoying all the amenities of the beautiful property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home with room for everyone. We loved the six bedroom suites and the bunk room for the grandkids. The pools were a hit as well as the hot tub, pool table and video games and the theatre. We were disappointed with the condition of the bikes and we had to buy batteries for every remote, etc. We had a wonderful 70th birthday celebration.

We had a great trip! Utah’s Best was very responsive every time we called to get in the door since the key lock didn’t work each day. The house was very clean and well stocked! We enjoyed the upper deck and patios as well as the water park and pool. The view of Snow Canyon was amazing. We all felt we had great rooms and bathrooms. Very roomy! The only thing I wish we had was a cooler a/c system. It was warm at night in the bedrooms making it a little more difficult to rest. Luckily there were fans though. The theater room was a great highlight. We had family movie night! Thanks for helping to make our stay special. Would definitely stay here again!

We had our close friends & family stay at this property to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The theatre room was absolutey perfect to show my videos of the best times we've had with them over the past 50 years! They each had their own king suite w/bath and a couple of the grandchildren used the fabulous bunkroom. The Great Room was super spacious, with a kitchen that could accommodate my sons & their wives acting as cooks and kitchen cleanup! The gigantic dining table was perfect for seating everyone. The granddaughters really enjoyed the pool at the Paradise Village, even though the weather was a tad chilly! They didn't seem to mind! We only had one problem with the hot tub at the house, but the VRBO gals I phoned were super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend VRBO and this property for families to celebrate any special occassion. It accommodated us just as the listing promised!!

The past few years have taken a toll on the property and only one of the issues we had during our stay was addressed. Upon our arrival the door code didn’t work but that was resolved. Neither garage opener worked, top racks in both dishwashers were broken and one dishwasher stopped working, theatre room chairs were broken and the projector was wobbly so picture wasn’t straight, cigar and cigarette butts around hot tub area and outdoor seating was well worn.

Reviewer Comments: The location and size of the home was ideal for spring break with our extended family. Our biggest complaint is that the home is in desperate need of a thorough deep clean. The furnishings had grease stains, the arcade games were in need of maintenance or replacement, and there were many things left broken (chairs, drawers in fridge and dishwasher). Unfortunately we were unable to use the hot tub because it was dirty and cold. We would like to rent this space again but hope that this company can take the time to go through it with a fine tooth comb and give it a deep clean.

The sheets and towels were sour. If all the VRBO’s we have stayed at this one was the least stocked. Ie kitchen appliances, soap, paper towels, seasonings. The garage door is in a timer and closed in one of our cars causing damage to their roof. I have emailed and texted and haven’t received any response both during our stay and afterwards!!! Not one reply!

Reviewer Comments: This home really facilitated our family's visiting, eating and playing - at the home and at all the places close by that we were able to visit and explore. There was ample room to sleep on great beds and be comfortable for the 26 members of our family. We loved the Movie Room that had enough seats for everyone and the set-up to play video games and watch movies both streamed and vidoes. With the house pool and hot tub as well as the lazy river, kids play area and pool on the property we always had time for a quick cool-off each day. We had fun using the pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts at the park next door to the property, too. Biking and Hiking trails were located all around us from Zions National Park, to Snow Canyon to State Parks, Reservoirs and Local Parks. We spent time at the Golf Courses, Historical Sites, Tuachan Outside Theatre and many local restaurants and a great local Escape House. Also, the property management company was very helpful with bike repair at the house. There was a dishwasher broken and the refrigerators needed shelves replaced and fixed but that certainly didn't stop us from having a really fantastic experience. Thank you!!

This house had a lot of potential but some things have not been maintained. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It seemed to work pretty well in the main part of the house but it was hot in the 3 downstairs rooms. I called about this 2 times during our stay and was told someone would come look at it but I never saw anyone and it stayed hot the whole time. The listing indicated that hot tubes would be available but both hot tubes where empty and dirty. The bikes are pretty much useless. One had no breaks. Back wheel is wobbly on one. Seat is broken on one. Peddles are broken. The seats are set low and are not adjustable so impracticable for adults. Kitchen floor was not clean. Both can openers where useless - we had to go buy our own.

Family reunion 2023, 25 of us ranging from 65 to 2-1/2 months. Plenty of room for everyone and it didn’t feel crowded at all. The beds were very nice. The dining area adequately fit all of us during meals. The most used of the spaces was probably the pool and the media room. We’re excited to rent this property again next year as it did meet our needs and everyone had a great time. Now, the negatives, with a little help and time, owners/property managers could make this a five star stay… 1- none of the arcade games worked-HUGE disappointment for my teen pack 2 - refrigerators were in disrepair…there were missing bins and shelves (pieces were in the pantry but couldn’t be used), so made organizing for meals a bit difficult 3 - hot tub had a number of broken jets (pieces were lying all over the deck) 4 - a good deep clean would go a long way, especially of the outdoor spaces. The front entry was filled with leaves and debris, the back deck the same…we kept cleaning the kids feet before they got in the pool. Weeds and general lack of upkeep was disappointing. 5 - deck umbrellas were both unusable 6 - kitchen lacks in a number of items (one measuring cup for a house that sleeps large groups…maybe you ought to rethink that?) Luckily there is a dollar store down the street and we purchased a number of items to flush out what we needed in the kitchen. 7 - purchased a dust pan to go along with the broom (since there want one). We will be staying again.

The 6 King Suites w/baths made every adult couple extremely comfortable. The king bed I slept in was the best bed I've slept in (I have back problems) !! The teenage grandchildren enjoyed the bunk room and accommodated them perfectly! I made & brought several home videos of our precious memories over the past 50 years and the theatre room was perfect for showing each of them! The 25 recliners made it the most enjoyable and memorable event during our stay. The kids loved the video games & pool table. We found the large great room & kitchen to be perfect for our needs. The gigantic table seated 16 people very well, with the huge kitchen island perfect for preparing food and for the children to sit at for meals. There was plently of refrigeration space too! The house was equipped beautifully for a large gathering. This house even had a rocking chair by the wonderful fireplace where my 96 year old father could take his afternoon nap by! There was enough parking in the garages & driveways for 8 cars! The only problem we had was the hottub would not turn on. But, when I phoned the vacation company, they answered on the first ring and were great to work with. Their response was perfect. Our friends from out of town were so impressed with this property and I'm sure they're spreading a good word to their friends!

This time was unfortunately not as great as the first. There were a lot of things broken (fridge drawers, arcade games entire theatre wasn’t able to be used etc) when I saw reviews for months prior to our stay I reached out to the property managers to see if these things were still broken (I assumed they’d be fixed because reviews were from 4+ months before our stay) they didn’t email me back so I ended up having to call them 2 days before arrival. They confirmed that those things were broken and offered a small refund. (10% of the cost, which didn’t seem like much) Overall it was a fun stay but I do feel like they put us between a rock and a hard place. They weren’t very responsive beforehand, once I brought it up they weren’t quick to get back to us until hours before check in. Bummer situation. We still enjoyed ourselves but it was annoying to pay for a place without the amenities that we paid for.

Thankfully, it was as simple as a phone call to get a new code. The home is beautiful. It's a really good location with some conveniences just around the corner. The bed we used was comfortable. The binder with instructions and food suggestions is a nice touch. We didn't end up using the hot tub or pool, but we did go to the Kids Cove which was fun. We loved the theater and were able to figure it out fairly easily. For your attention: There is some dust on the wood part of the stairs. One of the arcade games isn't working. The UBVR wifi network did not show up on my phone. The Amazon Echo device in the kitchen was not connected to Wifi. Wifi was fairly spotty throughout the house. Some suggestions: A community map in the binder would have been appreciated as we had trouble finding the kids cove. Remote labels in the theater room would be helpful. At the price tag we paid, I think some basic conveniences are in order, like 2-ply toilet paper, but it's 1-ply in the bathrooms. Even basic things a hotel provides like some water bottles in the fridge, some coffee or hot chocolate packets, or some tissue boxes throughout the house would be appreciated. Just these small touches as a courtesy I think would be nice. This was a company trip, so I don't anticipate we'll have the luxury of a future stay here, but if I could afford it, I would be back!
