Wonderful people that Radisson should be proud to have on their team Only small criticism was the the room shower was really not good but it feels harsh to criticise such a fabulous hotel based on that "

"Pedi toalhas na recepção porque tinha um vazamento de água no meu quarto e utilizei a toalha pra aparar a água, o chuveiro alagava o quarto e não me trouxeram a toalha depois de pedir por 3 vezes, saí sem tomar banho. No checking nada amigável ! Não voltaria . "

"Terrible mattress. I had to use the duvet under the bedsheets to be able to sleep. I could feel the springs. Also the room was facing the lift and every one coming late or leaving early was talking outside but seems they were inside our room."

"Good value for the price. Quite basic apartment but it has all the essentials. It’s clean, has a good bed, proper bathroom with good water pressure, and airconditioning. Smoke detector was lacking so I recommend you to bring your own. "
