Homeless, unclean, toxic & treats you a criminal

Old building not well maintained. Paint is peeling the hallways are dark and mildew-y. You get begged for money by homeless the instant you walk out the door, terrible area. Your key card demagnetizes every single day so you have to check back in, every day, even if you paid. I did.not complete the full stay and they wouldnt refund or fix any problems.

It is very well located, the breakfast was good and free, and the air conditioner worked fine. The only drawback was the mold smell in the room, but after leaving the window open for a while, it improved.

Viagem de casal com Gatinho

Sempre que vamos a Curitiba ficamos no Braz, localização é excelente, bem no centro, na XV, com fácil acesso às lojas, parques, praças, próximo a shoppings. Amamos ficar hospedado :D, nessa última viagem levamos nosso gatinho, os funcionários sempre muito solícitos.

Hotel bem simples, mas que atende situações de estadia curta. O atendimento é excelente: as meninas da recepção extremamente simpáticas e as senhoras da limpeza muito gentis e amorosas. Hotel muito antigo e com conservacao precaria. Limpeza precária e cafe da manha caotico.Tivemos problemas no check-in ( apesar da resrva confirmada, o hotel nao tinha quarto disponível).

Nem bom, nem ruim.

Muito razoável. Chegamos à noite, hotel lotado e só tinha uma pessoa para atender. Quartos :Usar aquele tipo de cobertor (pelo) está mais do que em desuso e estão feios, poderiam doá-los para os moradores de rua que ficam no Centro. Dá um aspecto feio e anti-higiênico Invistam em cobertor fleece, pois é de fácil lavagem, além de não dar alergia (não é caro). Tapete dos corredores dá uma aspecto péssimo, parecem estar imundos. A janela esta imunda, acho que não vê um pano há meses. O parapeito interno da janela imundo. Café da manhã não é ruim, mas não é bom. Fica na média. Melhorar os pães. Pessoal da recepção poderiam estar uniformizados e fazer um curso para atendimento em hotelaria...não sei mas parece tudo confuso. Café da manhã...música alta e do tipo danceteria. Colocar uma música relaxante e baixa (instrumental ou bossa nova algo do tipo). Boa localização, tem um Mc Donald embaixo do hotel então salva. Poderiam fazer drinks e servir petiscos, o bar está abandonado.

Não recomendo!

Hotel bem velho , isso não seria problema se tivesse funcionalidades ,primeiro quarto que ficamos estava com a pia entupida , nos colocaram em outro, ar condicionado não funcionava , a tv ficava em um lugar que não tinha tomada , começou a chover pingava agua lâmpada do banheiro . Esse quarto 412 no quarto andar parecia ser quarto de alternativa que nos colocaram porque reclamamos do primeiro. Café bem razoável, mas pelo preço custo benefício não estava tão ruim. O q salvou foi só o chuveiro que era muito bom e roupas de cama e toalhas limpas, cama péssima e travesseiros piores ainda...péssima noite de sono.Ainda bem que foram apenas 2 noites. Não recomendo e nesse hotel nunca mais me hospedo.

O hotel é simples, com café da manhã bem limitado mas se torna um ótimo custo benefício visto ser barato e bem localizado, pra viagem a trabalho atende perfeitamente, com certeza me hospedaria novamente por essas razões.

Cuidado com estacionamento

Não tem está estacionamento (e não me atentei ao anúncio) o problema é que eles te insistem em pegar um “estacionamento parceiro” por 40,00 (mas tem que deixar a chave) .. não gostei dessa situação… até estavam abertos a me trocar por outro hotel da rede, porém esses outros também estavam sem vaga de garagem… quando fui procurar um estacionamento por conta, pasmem tinha um NA FRENTE, cobrando 30,00 e sem precisar deixar a chave (acho que eles ganham alguma coisa por indicar aquele lugar! Os quartos estavam limpos, mas tivemos que pedir + cobertas pois as que tinham eram de solteiro/pequenas! Café da manhã muito bom, com boa variedade. Bem localizado e tem ponto da Linha Turismo bem na frente.
