"Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us. "

The property was clean with great sized rooms and extra facilities. The area was beautiful and well kept with plenty of lake front restaurants to choose from and bus connections to Verona. "Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in unserem Appartment. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut. Vor allem der tägliche Brötchenservice hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Anlage, der Pool und das Appartment waren immer sauber und gepflegt. Am Besten hat uns der Blick in die Berge vom Balkon aus gefallen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wieder kommen."
