Hi I am very unhappy about my stay as the first thing is we didn’t get what we booked.my wife’s wedding ring has been stolen from the room. We were not allowed to use the swimming pool as if we did we had to pay $18 each time we use it and per person. The AC , safe box, the lights nothing was working.We asked them for a refund and we were refused one.all in all we are very disappointed.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Murat. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
