Disgraceful hotel and Hotels.com didn't help

This hotel doesn't even deserve a 2 star, refused late checkout by one hour although we stayed 16 nights in two rooms, AC was faulty for two days and the did nothing to help, the hotel is old and run down every thing is broken, towels are old torn and dirty, water and coffee first night only, breakfast is poor, lifts are hardly take two persons, no bins in the room, shower tray drain is blocked and water fills the floor of the bathroom, they booked me a taxi to the airport and then changed the price last minute, and the problems go on and on .....

Hotel in zono strategica nel cuore della vecchia Istanbul. E' possibile raggiungere facilmente a piedi le principali attrazioni dalla basilica di s. Sofia alla basilica cisterna, dal gran bazar al palazzo di Topkapi. Personale gentilissimo. Unica pecca la colazione che per un 4 stelle è molto povera sicuramente da migliorare. nel complesso ottimo

Worst experience ever

It was terrible. I don't know what kind of hotel doesn't serve water. The front desk was rude, other was a their he offered to find us a taxi with extra money so he can put it on his pocket. And at the last floor there was Arab guests fighting, some of them drunk and singing. No respect for other guests. I would never come back again there

شكرا للفندق على طيب الاقامه

الفندق جميل ونظيف وتعاملهم رائع مع النزلاء والافطار جيد ولكن هناك مشكله في عزل الصوت من الغرف المجاوره والمنطقة المحيطة شبه خاليه
