Don’t stay more than one day

Hello gays This accommodation I will recommends for one day only ,too bad service ,no one responds from reception on call ,kitchen and bedrooms are dirty they are cleaning weekly only one time ,bedrooms too much of heater noice,and have no safety I can recommend No star

Overall I don’t recommend this hotel

It was very unclean and reception they don’t pick up phone when we call… many things in the hotel broken. One of the room has leaking from boiler and water it was everywhere I told them but they didn’t do anything! Curtain fell on us which is very dangerous! Because I had my child with me… I advise don’t book with the hotel because they are unprofessional and whatever you see in their website it’s lie…

Заехали на праздники, большой семьей с детьми. Заранее забронировали апартаменты, при заселении нас уговорили на другие, комнаты были грязные, постельное белье ужасное, полотенца застиранные. Оставались там 4 дня. По приезду домой обнаружили на себе укусы клопов, до сих пор лечимся!
