Из плюсов: - расположение - заселили раньше 14:00 - после выезда разрешили оставить багаж - в номере были чай,кофе, душевые принадлежности - есть небольшая терраса с которой видно Софию Из минусов: - скудный завтрак, порционный (в описание шведский стол) - не рабочий сейф, пришлось менять из-за этого номер - грубоватый персонал - грязно, очень грязно (полотенца, все поверхности) - вид в «колодец» (5-й этаж на крышу)

Awesome service. Incredibly convenient. Only a 10 minute walk to the main area. Very comfortable and traditional. Restaurant is conveniently underneath the restaurant which leads to a street of restaurants. Can’t wait to go back.

При заезде менеджер отеля сказал, что не видит наши брони и что наши номера мы не сможем получить. Когда мы предоставили распечатки с номерами броней. Он позвонил в агрегатор отелей и начал разбираться. Отель у нас забронирован, через hotels.com, которые, как оказалось, работают через посредника: expedia.com. В итоге менеджер долго препирался и ругался на ситуацию, он оказался очень нервным. Говорил, нам что не виноват и ему самому приходится испытывать нереальные неудобства из-за нас в том числе. После звонка в expedia, с его слов, ему сказали, что нужно звонить в представительство hotels.com, как оказалось, у них выходной и никого нет. Мы позвонили в русское представительство hotels.com, как оказалось, они тоже не работают в выходной и нас бросили на произвол судьбы, гадать и обзванивать все телефоны мира в надежде, что нам ответят мы не особо горели желанием, учитывая роуминг. В итоге, после нескольких часов препирательств, нас заселили в номера эконом, хотя мы бронировали номера чуть выше классом: standart с балконом и при этом сказали, что не факт, что завтра мы останемся в отеле, что нас могут выселить на улицу. На следующий день менеджер попросил нас выехать из номеров и переехать в еще более худший эконом номер.Мы посмотрели, что в отеле есть свободные номера на весь срок нашего пребывания. После некоторых препирательств в итоге нас заселили в нормальный номер на оставшуюся часть нашего пребывания. Минусы: неадекватный менеджер, ветхость номеров, wifi. Оценка: 3 из 5.

Great location, hospitality & value.

Very conveniently located within a 5 minute walk from tourist attractions such as Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia and Sultanahmet (Blue) Mosque, and a little further out is Galata Bridge, Spice Markets and the Grand Bazaar. Also only a minute walk from the hotel is Gulhane station connecting you to the rest of the city. Staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful in making recommendations. A nice Turkish breakfast is offered in the adjacent group hotel. Room cleanliness was OK, butcould have been improved. Noise from the hotel lobby travelled easily so occasionally got noisy. Room size was quite small but perfectly reasonable. Great location, hospitality & value: perfect for a cheap city break if you are going to spending most of your time exploring the city.

Best point it was in a really great place close to everythings not overcrowded but . It was not clean enough to a level of good hotel it needs a lot of maintanance . Reealy you need to have your own place for breakfast it is bad thing to go to other hotel to have my breakfast even it was close to the hotel

Zeer goed gelegen hotel.

Hotel ligt heel goed. Vlakbij vele bezienswaardigheden. Tram op 1 minuut loopafstand en metro en boten op 5 minuten loopafstand. Als ik nog in Istanbul moet zijn ga ik zeker voor dit hotel.
