We had a fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is close to the excellent transport system and the beds are very comfortable. It was our second stay and we will be back soon.

If you're Muslim the mosque is very close that is good The rest on general I will not. Recommend to stay there They are hotels close by with buffet breakfast

The Hotel is excellent, brand new refurbished and has a new face, The rooms are very small but compared to the price still fine. particularly the manager Mohamed is a good guy with so many helpful tips.

We had an excellent stay in August. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. The rooms are on the small side but we knew this before we booked and this wasnt a problem for us as it was onlybfor sleeping. The hotel is ideally situated, only a 5 minute walk to tram and marmaray, with lots of shops and restaurants very close by. We will definitely be back

Hotel reception staff knows english langaue, this was useful, the rest of the staff had almost zero knowledge of english, which does not help at all. Positive points: Quick check in, good travel guidance from reception, comfortable bed, air conditioning, window can be partly opened, hot and cold water available in shower, electric kettle provided, lift available to top floor, sim card available at reception. Negative points: Breakfast was disappointing, we were misguided that breakfast is provided, room size was smaller then expected, very limited supply of tea, coffee, milk, hotel reluctant to supply it when needed at nights, thrifty attitude, limited seating in lobby for breakfast, sometimes customers had to wait in que.

Money's worth

The location is excellent, right next to Yenikapı transit hub, which provides easy access to Marmaray, metro, the airport, the bus terminal, and tramway. It’s a perfect spot for getting around the city. The staff was amazing – always friendly and attentive. They checked in daily to ask if we needed cleaning and even brought us extra towels without being asked. The rooms are small but cozy, stylish, and modern. The design is quite fancy, but due to the materials used, the soundproofing isn't the best, so you might occasionally hear some background noise from the neighbors. We were lucky to get a deluxe room, which was very quiet and away from the main street. Breakfast is fixed, but it’s absolutely delicious, and there are enough options to satisfy. Plus, you can choose your coffee or tea, which adds a nice touch of personalization. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality! Highly recommend this place!

I liked that the room was clean and the hotel in general was clean. However the only issue was that the rooms were very small and the walls were very thin and you could hear everything. It is in a lower scale neighborhood but I never ever thought I was threatened or scared, it is a safe neighbourhood. The breakfast is normal with one boiled egg and some olives, cheese etc exactly what is shown in the image and bread with tea. If you want an omelet or coffee or cappuccino then you have to pay extra for those. Overall it is a decent hotel and very close to the Havaist bus stop which makes it convenient when landing at Istanbul airport. The area is close to lots of shopping and restaurants as well as the tram. Would recommend for a short trip and if your on a tight budget.

Fairly decent place to stay for £30 a night. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Room was small but comfortable, Most importantly the room had air conditioning. The only downside was that the shower was cold which isn't too bad considering how cheap the room was. The room had everything one person, staying one night would need.

Overrated

I booked the hotel because at the time the reviews shoed 7.8/10. The first room they gave me was extremely tiny, I couldn't undress without banging on all the walls. I found hair in the sink, on the bed sheets and shower. The shower didn't even drain. I took my stuff and treat to leave, but with no reimbursement options, I was stuck there. They offered a bigger room, but in similar conditions.

Çok iyi konum ve temiz odalar

Otel Yenikapı durağına yürüyerek sadece 1 dakika mesafede ve ulaşım her yere çok kolay. Odalar modern, temiz ve klimalı, sadece klima biraz sesli çalışıyordu diyebilirim. WiFi sıkıntısı yaşamadım. Personel de girişte yaşanan bir aksaklığı oldukça güleryüzlü bir şekilde zorluk çıkarmadan çözdü ve hep ilgililerdi. Bir sonraki seyahatimde ilk tercih edeceğim yer çok büyük ihtimalle yine burası olacak.

Ich habe das Zimmer, Deluxe reserviert was aber sehr schmal und eng ist! Die Sauberkeit wahr für mich befriedigend und das Frühstück habe ich nur einmal gegessen, weil es mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Das Zimmer war sehr warm weil die Heizung immer an war und man konnte es nicht ausschalten, so war ich gebunden immer die Klimaanlage an zu machen. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit Danke dafür🙏 Die Hotel Lage ist ruhig und dennoch Zentral, Würde aber nicht nochmal da reservieren, aufgrund der oben genannten Kriterien!
