The room was what it looks like in the photos…not much. The AC was too loud to sleep with. The TV had no channels. The toilet bidet didn’t work. The bedding had stains on it. There was smoke that drifted into my room from another person’s room. And the walls are so thin you can hear just about everything. And everything was indeed rather vintage. The gentleman at the front desk was delightful and very helpful though. The water pressure was fantastic. The area is very quaint and relatively quiet. The breakfast is served a 10 minute walk away on the terrace of their sister hotel, which has a lovely view. I think it’s a good place to stay for a couple nights if you’re looking for the price of a hostel and want room to yourself.

Great little traditional style guest house

Perfect friendly little boutique guest house. Owner was very helpful and kind with lots of information. Just around the corner from main streets, shops and blue mosque and sophia haga mosque. Perfect location.

Owner Fatih is a really kind and helpful host. His hotel offers all you need, when you’re looking for a simple but nice place to sleep and spending the time between sunrise and sunset walking around the city.

Fatih at the front desk is a very sweet and helpful gentleman who told me about different location to see and to get there. The inn is in a great location for travellers. I was easily able to walk to the Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar & Arasta Bazaar and also get a meal at the ottomans kitchen restaurant which a few mins away by foot. The only issue I had was the tram that past by during the day when I wanted a nap but the night was quiet.

I get Room nr .1 in first floore on first stage but inside air not good and no aircon working! I get change to Room 4. at 2-floor and it worked well with no aircon and I could have open door to balcony in the night.It worked well! Its no breakfast served in hotel but we had to walk to a neighbour hotel.It was ok!

The property was clean and well maintained but it was too expensive for the size of the room. The room as well as the washroom were way too small. There was hardly any space to move around and for the price I paid, I would not expect such a small room.

Had an excellent stay at Naz wooden house. Room 4 at the back was very spacious and clean, had a fridge and a comfortable double bed and sofa that converted into a slightly less comfortable bed (but workable by using the spare duvet as an extra cover). Bathroom was clean and all worked fine. Balcony at rear of room even provided a view of sliver of Bosporus! :) there is a new electric rail line going in behind the hotel but it isn’t up and running yet so heard no trains. There is a mosque not far from the rear of the hotel and the call to prayer can be a little noisy if early in morning, but for me it added to the amazing Istanbul experience! Budget hotel so wasn’t expecting luxury but got a friendly, clean and perfectly liveable room in a great location close to all the major Istanbul sights.

Konum olarak ideal temizlik çok iyi bu sefer kaldığım oda deniz manzaralı harikaydı oda geniş ve kullanışlıydı odalara su ısıtıcı ve paket çay kahve konulması gerçekten iyiydi düşünülmüş. Otel sahibi Fatih Abi (Bey) size müşteri gibi değil misafir gibi davranan samimi nazik ilgili birisi. Emsallerine göre fiyat performans açısından mükemmel. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Otel sultanahmete çok yakın ve konum olarak kolay ulaşılabilir bir yerde. Çalışanlar ilgili, otel sahibi Fatih bey muhabbeti iyi biri. Otel odası tek kişi için yeterli büyüklükte. Banyosu, havluları ve yatağı temizdi. Otelin yakınında Fatih belediyesinin tesislerinde kahvaltı ve yemek imkanı var.
