Very spacious and clean room. The location is so central that you just need to go downstairs for endless restaurants, bars, shops. Very friendly staff. Don't forget to give a try to their restaurant, delicious. Highly recommended

Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Always a smile. We stayed here twice. We had other options but chose Kuzen Otel. Good location, near metro and ferry. Our only complaint was the stairs. Staff offered to handle our luggage.

Good location

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect if you wan't to go out for food and drinks, loads of options nearby. The room was nice and clean and even though it's in the middle of loads of bars and restaurants we didnt hear any noise from the streets. The only thing is that the reception isnt great at english and could be a bit more friendly

Hotel is located in a very crowded area with many pubs, restaurants and cafés. Not suitable for people, who are very sensitive to sound. We were staying on the second floor, while renovations were on the first and second floor. Which meant it was a bit messy and noisy at times. Building and room were rather old. Room a bit too tiny for 2 people, but we had a small balcony and overall the room was clean and very tidy. You can ask for the room to be cleaned anytime and bed sheets to be changed. Staff was very friendly. Overall the price was very cheap, so I'd recommend for shor

April 2025. Staff was nice and let us check in early. Room was clean and okay BUT they were doing a bunch of construction in the building. We had to step over building materials to get to the reception desk and to our room. The room smelled like solvent and the fan/air conditioning unit didn’t work and their was it a window that opened. The bedside lights also did not work .it was crazy noisy I.e. jackhammer, metal cutting blade, hammering going on literally right outside our door and window. We were there just for one night and I wouldn’t have cared much if the room cost $40 but it was $70. We stayed in really nice places in Istanbul for the same price. Definitely do not recommend.

Oda temiz ve genişti. Çalışanlar da oldukça güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Tek negatif yanı aslında pozitif yanı da olan merkezi konumundan dolayı gürültülü bir sokakta bulunması. Pencereler yalıtımlı ama sese hassas kişiler için sıkıntı olabilir. Otelin restoran ve pub bölümü de var. Pub’ı kullandık ve beğendik. Mükemmele yakın bir fiyat perf konaklamaydı.

とても賑やかなバーが沢山ある通りにあるホテルです。夜中まで遊びたい人には最適ですが、静かに過ごしたい人には向かないかもしれません。部屋はコンパクトですが一人旅には丁度いいサイズでした。部屋の電球が半分ぐらい切れていましたが、寝るだけでしたので私には問題ありませんでした。周辺は素敵なレストランや海岸、可愛い猫達がたくさんで素晴らしいです。おすすめの宿です。
