Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu is next to sea, loved the location, walkable promenade, lovely parks, food venues nearby and just great view, location and plenty of space around. I would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful quite breaks with fantastic sea view, amenities, and dining option nearby. The hotel manager and reception are very helpful, resolved my issues instantly and made our stay pleasant and memorable. Will definitely come here again.

Breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay! Loved the variety and fresh food available. Really made the entire trip easier with a big, filling breakfast to get us through our day. View of the Marmara was beautiful. A little on the outskirts from the old town but overall we had a great stay.

Good experience overall, the room was clean, we liked how the bathroom is separated from the shower, pool is nice, breakfast is available for a fee, room service was great, my only complaint would be the AC felt like it was off

Rooms are old bad shape. Toilets with sink are super old and separate from the shower which was also old. The AC was barely working, room was uncomfortable. Only thing is hotel location is on the Sahil and near Fiskhane which is why I chose this property. I wouldn’t stay here again due to condition and my standards.

It is good hotel and a great location. What I did not like about the room that the bathroom is divided to two one has the bath chair and the other for shower.

I sincerely recommend tourists to stay in this property. They have professional team in the reception room surface restaurant. I can’t remember the name of the girl with the curly hair. She was very supportive and her suggestions were excellent

Location not close to any markets or restaurants which means you are going to get scammed everything the hotel calls a taxi for you. The sinks were also leaking on the floor.

This hotel is a bit dated and is in need of renovation. The rooms are not bad, but for example the carpet was very dirty. The shower thermostat was defective and at one time it was 100 degrees and at another time it was 10. The staff was polite and very helpful. They did everything to make you happy. The breakfast was well prepared. It was perfect by Turkish standards, but tasteless and boring by European standards! Furthermore, about Istanbul I must say that as a tourist you are not really welcome. Double prices are charged everywhere, Turkish and Foreigner. For example, a ticket for the museums costs €3 for Turkish people and €32 for foreigners, discrimination everywhere. I had also rented a car, but I really regretted it because of the idiotic driving behavior of the Turks. Turks really can't drive, they don't understand the rules and drive like idiots. So very dangerous. All in all, good hotel but Istanbul NO.

Alles außer Housekeeping - Services waren hervorragend. Es wurden die Bettwäsche überhaupt nicht gewechselt. Ich habe mehrere Zimmer gewechselt während meines Aufenthaltes; es war in jeder Etage die gleiche Situation. Freundlichkeit & Hilfsbereitschaft vom Rezeption Personal ist top; vor allem Herr Kemal, seine professionelle Art ist erwähnenswert.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and with an awesome view. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. The only downside to this hotel was the fact that crossing over to the sea side promenade was not an option as the road was blocked and it was a bit of a walk to cross over the bridge, other than that it was an awesome overall experience! Thank you!
