I did write many complains about since I arrived but you didn’t reply yet, it the worst accommodation in my life, dirty, dump, dirty even I booked and paid 4 months ago, at the top of that my wife is disabled person grade A, when I come I will bring you all the photos, when I complained to the hotel, he said you can leave, also he complained he hasn’t received his payment yet and he asked for my Visa card, but I didn’t give it to him, it is terrible room the worst in my life, call me please to speak to you because I sent many e mails and you didn’t reply to any, you just concerned about your review

ホテルを予約しましたが、予約当日にホテルに行ったところ、部屋がないとのことで駅から離れたホテルに移動することになりました。安い宿なのでしょうがないのかもしれませんが、ロケーションがよくて選んだので残念です。 I booked this hotel through Expedia, and, after arrived this hotel, I was told that the room I booked was not available anymore and I needed to move to a different hotel. Even though I shouldn't have expected much for this cheap price for this location, it wasn't really nice that I had to walk to a different hotel, not close to the station. I picked up this hotel mainly because of the location, so i wasn't really happy.
