The rooms are very lovely with great soaker tubs, great city views and exceptional staff hat saw to our every need. The rooftop pool was great and we especially enjoyed the steam room, sauna and indoor pool after exploring all day. The main subway line is a 10 minute walk away and the area has many options for dining and shopping.

Clean room, would of liked more toiletries had to request them quite a few times - (e.g: dental kits), also would of liked them do up the room but the decoration package was over ā‚¬200 which I felt very excessive. I visit Istanbul every other month and usually stay at the Mandarin, Four Seasons, or the St Regis in Istanbul. I will now be a frequent visitor for the Fairmont. The hotel cleanliness, the staff, the amenities, everything is exceptional. They even note down your preference from other locations when it comes to beverages, etc. I would love to shoutout the man who checked me in, I forgot his name, but he ensured I had an amazing stay. This hotel made the holiday. Facilities were excellent and we had a club room which I would thoroughly recommend as you get lunch and dinner virtually. The gym is fantastic and the swimming pool also awesome. The hotel was difficult to find and th le entrance is not easy to locate but once you have found it , it's fine. Lovely views if you ask for the correct room.
