To be honest no five star is too far from Trump by from the centre of Istanbul from it’s too far. I need every day taxi go taxi come back and they ripped us in the price also the hotel up the hill so very difficult when you get out and you get in from the hotel the cleaning the cleaners not wearing gloves even she cleaned the toilet although the bed the carpet is very dirty and smelly. The breakfast buffet is little bit upset every day same food the place is wet and smelly. The food is it’s just above them poor.

Had a great stay at Dosso Dossi Hotels & SPA Golden Horn in Istanbul. Check-in was smooth and easy. The breakfast was really good with a large variety of food and drinks every morning. The spa was excellent and definitely worth checking out. The massage prices were very reasonable for a hotel spa. The housekeeping staff were kind and professional throughout the stay. Another big advantage is the location - there are many restaurants within walking distance, and the taxi station is directly across the street from the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, a very comfortable stay and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Istanbul.

Although the hotel was away from most attractions, the hotel offered free shuttles which made touring convenient. The property is older but has a beautiful view! No air conditioning which was the biggest negative for us. Best breakfast we had!

Good clean rooms.. I had an excellent room with a view of Haliç. The AKP headquarters next door is annoying but overall the hotel is good. Grateful for tea coffee and complimentary water in the room. Hot shower is great, all the details of bath supplies was excellent.

The photos are from 10 years ago. The rooms are very old, the floor ceramic and carpets are old and dirty. The staff is very respectful and attentive. These prices are too much for an old and neglected hotel.

Best hotel ive stayed in so far in Istanbul

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, From the che Saidi, who is absolutely amazing with a smile, to the receptionist to the waiters and waitresses, house keeping etc. I really can't come up with any fault. If you want relaxation, clean environment, good size rooms ,great staff, do not look any further. Ive had 20yrs customer servive experience and im beyond amaze. Such kind , helpful, caring and i can go on and on. Just peaceful...i can't thank them enough.

It had plenty of rooms for the convention delegates near the Halifax center. They seemed to have enough staff. The beds were comfortable with clean accomodations. The bathrooms were a bit damaged and could use an update. Some tiles were broken and silicon over moldy parts in the shower. The breakfast was enough. Not very tasty but lots of options. Nothing a little hot sauce or salt couldn’t fix. This place is up a high hill. Please keep this in mind if you are bringing luggage and walking.

Far from 5 Stars!

We were given a free upgrade on arrival due to the off-season, which was a nice gesture and appreciated. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was in terrible condition. Despite having a nice view, it was extremely dirty: the bed and pillows were full of stains, the bathroom had mold everywhere, the floors looked disgusting, and we even found footprints on what were supposed to be fresh towels. It was simply unlivable. Thankfully, we were able to move back to our original (smaller) room, which was cleaner, but the floors there were still dirty, though less so than in the upgraded room. Please check the photos I’ve attached. On the positive side, the location is good, the building itself is nice, the gym is very large, and the spa was also enjoyable. Based on my experience, I would rate this hotel a maximum of 3.5 stars. Without the location, the beautiful building, the gym, and the spa, it would honestly be closer to 3 stars. Definitely not the 5 stars as advertised.
