I have been visiting frequently Murat’s place for years and I am very content because the personnel are very friendly, the rooms are clean and nice. One gets a very good price for the place near to the most of the attractions of Sultanahmet. The bathrooms were renovated last year and they look great. The terrace is very nice and gives an opportunity to eat, work, have a drink with friends. If needed Murat organises tours not only in Istanbul but in other parts of the country too. I recommend this place to everyone.

1st time in Istanbul
It’s good if you stay for couple of nights. Keep in mind that you are paying for the convenience of the location, the place is not fancy. The property pictures should be updated. However, their staff is friendly and I personally had good chats with Jimmy.
I flew to Istanbul for a week and was looking for a cheap Hostel in a historical centre. I chose Avrasya Hostel because of its location and overall positive reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The staff was very helpful
reasonably nice and very clean room and bathroom. very good location - most attractions and a tram stop are around. in addition, very nice and helpful staff - they took me to the tram stop and helped me with the ticket machine. They also arranged for me transport to the airport at a price like UBER. I highly recommend and greet (guest from room 202)
We had 2 towels for a 4 persons room and one of them had red strains, but you can rent cheap towels if you need more. The place its near the centre and it's cheap
I stayed here for one night during my recent trip to Istanbul. The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions promptly even before I arrived at the hotel. He helped arrange a cab to the airport for me early in the morning. I was able to store my luggage a little before check in time as well which was super helpful. The place was clean, and close to the major attractions. Would highly recommend this property for your stay 🙂

for me it was a good stay, just one night sleep after long journey, and it was good also because room was empty, price was good.but the room doesn't have much of window and bathromm is inside room ,also it has airconditioner but I can't how it would be with full room and no fresh air and respectively small space.beds have electric plugs, and Ali the reception guy is perfect.
It was hot and crowded and I was miserable, so I left even though I paid for a week.. Still the staff was nice and I should have expected it to be what it was so my fault.
I'm a solo lady traveller, that travelled around Turkey for a month. I stayed here for 5 nights because of the Hostel location only. It needs renovation, few things are broken and never got fixed. A dorm of 6 females & 2 bathrooms was good, but 1 bathroom was smelling & molding so bad, we didn't use it.
Then, another female dorm shower broke down & flooded so the owner told the girls to use the shower in our room without warning us. The girls would come in the middle of the night even. It stopped after I went downstairs to complain.
I was very annoyed when I asked the "owner" couple questions about Istanbul and all he wanted to do is sell me organized tours to make money. Us, backpackers, are staying away from that. He never answered my questions and another fellow traveller was standing beside me and told me about couple places that I shouldn't miss.... The other staff heard us chatting and very loud said:" Just shut up and let him sale his tour". Both shocked, we spoke another language and both left. How could u talked to your customers like this.... They were both trying to be very flattering with us girls. When they realized it didn't work, they weren't talking to us anymore !
É um quarto simples, porem limpo e de acordo com o valor pago. Recepção e localização mesmo foram otimas. Pra quem não tem muita frescura como eu, super recomendo.
