We had a good stay here. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Staff were helpful. Nice location overlooking Bosphorus and near cafes and restaurants. Good value for money stay

Love the hotel

Excellent hotel. The staff are amazing very helpful. Abdul Rahman and Omar both are gems. The rooms are super clean and close to everything.

Perfect location. Right next to the ferry/marmara/ metro/buses with access all over Istanbul. Staff are incredibly friendly and kind, going over and above. I received help with all kinds of things from practicing my Turkish to extra lighting. Will definitely be staying here again. The breakfast leaves something to be desired but would recommend overall 100%

The hotel overlooks the Bosphorus. It is just a short walk to the ferry and all the sightseeing that can be done by boat. The markets near the pier are buzzing and full of delicious treats. The hotel staff are courteous and the chef makes a great Turkish-style omelet. And when you want quiet time you can walk to nearby parks. I had a magical time!

Our room was each day dirty, also after the room service. Dirty means in this case, floor was not clean and long black hairs we´ve founded each day in the shower, on our bed and on the floor. We had a room to the backside, with a view and window to a very small shaft, so when we opened the windows, the guests from the room on the left and ride could see inside our room and there was no fresh air. The air condition worked very well, but during the night some fresh air would be great. I guess that the rooms with the Bosphorus are much more better. The room size was absolutely fine. The boat pier going to the European side is only 3 mins walking distance as well as the next supermarket.

Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen was im Keller war und das Fenster war zu einen Lichtschacht, man konnte das Fenster auch nicht öffnen da gegen über die andere Zimmer auch Fenster in den Lichtschacht hatten, außerdem war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr nett.

Odada duşakabinin kapısı olmadığı için su çok fazla dışarıya taşıyor. Saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu. Yorganda ve yastıklarda lekeler vardı ve kokusu değişikti. Gece 12 ve 01.00 civarında kapıma toplamda 3 kez kart denemesi ve yumruklar gibi çalmalar oldu. Bunlardan bir tanesi değişik bir hanımefendiydi ve kapıyı açıp ne olduğunu sorduğumda içeri girmek için kapımı ittirdi. Yalıtım olmadığından yan odaların sesi inanılmaz fazla geliyor. Çalışanlarla ilgili çok yorum yapamam fakat memnun kalmadığımı söylediğimde sebebini sorma gereği bile duyulmadı. Konumu dışında tercih edilmemesi gereken bir yer fiyatını asla hak etmiyor.
