Location

The vacation rental in Ispra is just a 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk away from Lake Maggiore and the lakeside nature reserve of Parco del Lavorascio. There are bike rental and horse riding stables close at hand for those coming with children or for those who would like to explore this quaint town on their own. Apart from that are many ways to immerse yourself in the scenic lakeshore location and nature of Ispra. At a 7-10 minute drive, there is the picturesque Gulf of Quassa with several hiking trails as well as Passeggiata dell’ Amore and the Lungalago of Ispra. The wildlife park, Sabbie d’ Oro is just 5-minutes from here, meanwhile, plenty of restaurants are located within a 10-minute walking radius.

For refreshing yourself in waters near the lake, Lido Ispra is a 10-minute drive from here, and if you want to enjoy putting, then Golf dei Laghi is also about the same distance. Also within a 15-minute drive is the historic Rocca di Angera. For day trips, Stresa, with easy connectivity for skiing on the slopes of Mottarone, is just an hour away and the beautiful Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto are about 50 minutes from here. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 40-minute drive away.
