Casa Fenicottero is an ancient rural house located in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the famous Pantano Longarini reserve, where every year we witness the migration of various species of water birds, especially pink flamingos. Almond, olive and carob trees frame the entire villa.

The villa consists of 1 double bedroom and a mini suite with ensuite bathroom. Possibility to use the 2 annexes (communicating with each other), which are located a few meters from the villa. The villa is an ancient manor house and together with the two annexes you can reach 12 comfortable beds. The panoramic swimming pool with attached solarium and the large garden are for your exclusive use. The peace and tranquility of the villa are typical of the place.


The villa overlooks the famous Longarini marshes where you can observe many species of wild birds including pink flamingos, herons, chickens and many others. The outdoor spaces are perfectly equipped, and the villa in each room is equipped with air conditioning, TV and WI-FI. free both inside and outside.
