Welcome to Lagoon Villas 44!! Located in the desirable Wild Dunes Resort only 25-30 minutes to world class downtown Charleston and 15 minutes to local Mount Pleasant shops and restaurants.

This professionally styled villa is centrally located to all resort amenities including restaurants, roof top bar, Grand Pavilion boardwalk, golf courses, tennis (clinics only), pickleball (clinics only), basketball courts, spa, bike rentals and bike paths, convention meeting spaces, playground, and shops. In addition, you are just a bike ride away from the Isle of Palms marina for boating and recreation (kayaks, wave runners and fishing charter rentals), restaurant with roof top and marina store.

It is the closest Lagoon Villa to the beach (a few minutes’ walk) and as an upper-level end unit is quiet and uniquely private with bedroom balconies overlooking grand oaks, palms and very often deer! In addition, you are steps away from the Lagoon Villa’s pool.

The beautifully designed living room includes high ceilings and a dining table with seating for six next to the picturesque window overlooking the oaks where sunlight pours in in the afternoons.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes a double oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave and filtered water dispensing refrigerator. In addition, a breakfast bar with seating for three is open to the living room. Washer and dryer are in the pantry off the kitchen. Dishwashing liquid and hand soap provided along with starter dishwasher and laundry pods, paper towels and trash bag.

High speed internet, wifi, flat screen smart tv’s are in each bedroom and living room with access for account holders to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, Disney and Sling Box. There is no cable.

The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the villa for maximum privacy. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom stocked with non-allergenic shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers.

The king room is elegantly appointed with recently renovated standing shower, added bidet to toilet, recently remodeled vanity, and plenty of towel bar space!

The queen room is equally appointed with the addition of a twin bed and pull-out trundle, perfect for the small family looking for a wonderful vacation. The queen bathroom includes a tub/shower also with recently remodeled vanity and the same great bar space for towels. Also included in this room is a desk and chair, perfect for zoom calls or needed workspace.

Regarding Sports Facilities:

Unfortunately, this property is not managed by Wild Dunes Resorts, thus tennis courts and swimming pools are strictly for members only.

However, Lagoon Villas has its own pool steps away from the door!!! In addition, guests may sign up for private tennis lessons and clinics at the Tennis Center.

All guests are welcome to book on both golf courses!
