Additional living space can be found in the sunroom, which includes two twin platform beds and its own split AC unit—perfect for extra guests or a cozy retreat.

**Pet Policy:**
We welcome one dog with a nonrefundable $350 pet fee. Please note the backyard features synthetic turf—guests are required to clean up after their pet. Failure to do so may result in a $500 cleaning fee.
