Charming Beachfront Escape

Beautifully decorated oceanfront condo with private balcony off living room and amazing views of the water! Beautiful flooring, crisp white cabinetry, granite counters, and full-size stainless-steel appliances; including fridge with ice maker. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—perfect for every coffee preference!

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Really enjoyed this property! It’s obvious that they take pride in the condition of the suite. Excellent location. Only complaint is that the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Suggest a foam topper

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit once before and it was great. The unit was very nice and clean but it could use a new refrigerator. Ice maker didn't work and some shelves missing plus there was only 1 wine glass. It's still a nice unit.

This particular unit was disappointing. Location is great with ocean view. However, the unit itself had stains underneath the couch cushions. No note pads or writing utensils provided. Carpet on the balcony stained and the kitchen cabinets had plastic covers which were bowing because of the moisture. Would not choose this unit again

That fortunate discovery has led to 25 successive years of wonderful service. IR has helped us every step of the way as we have returned each year since then. The people who we have worked with have changed but the service and attention to derail has always been the same. They listen, make suggestions and solve problems. Island Realty is a part of our family.

I would recommend a new TV for the bedroom as the one in there now isn't compatible with alot of new technology. Example: It won't play XBOX the correct way, which was a little inconvenient for my son at night but I worked around it. That's the only negative comment that I can say.

Otherwise, still a good unit to spend time right on the beach.

Ocean views!

Great little place. Nice location with water views and just steps to private beach access. Bed isn’t great…need to update mattress AND pillows!😬Stair access only so pack light! Very small apartment but fine for couples.
