The condo has been professionally decorated and is a spacious 1600+ square feet. The building has 24 units, an elevator, and private pool. Elevator and pool are maintained by building management.

September 2016 - new paint, furniture, appliances, custom window treatments & bedding. Spring 2018 - new hard surface flooring. Dec 2022 - all new mattresses & box springs. 2024 - upgraded size of all TVs, new outdoor dining set seats 4, new custom zinc topped solid wood dining table seats up to 8!

* Master Bedroom - King bed with Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid mattress, TV, closet, and attached bath with oversized tub and separate shower. Master bedroom also has a gorgeous ocean view with sliding glass door access to the large balcony!
* 2nd BR - Queen bed with Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid mattress, TV, dresser, closet, attached bath with shower and tub.
* 3rd BR - 2 twin beds with Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses, TV, closet, attached bathroom with shower and tub.
* Queen fold out sofa bed in the living room
Beautiful Lexington furniture, hard surface flooring, and lots of storage enhance each bedroom. We keep the condo furnished with quality linens - soft fluffy bath towels, cozy blankets, and high thread count sheets. Just bring your beach towel!

The living room has two sofas (one with a queen sofa bed), coffee table, TV with DVD player and DVDs, games and puzzles, a stunning ocean view, and the sounds of the ocean to relax you at the end of the day on the spacious balcony!

The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with all the cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, serving dishes, and utensils you will need! The kitchen features a variety of small appliances including coffee makers, electric kettle, toaster, Belgian waffle maker, blender, Kitchenaid stand mixer, hand held mixer, and immersion blender for your enjoyment as well as the standard large appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full sized refrigerator. The washer and dryer are in a separate room off the kitchen.

We have added many details to the condo to make it comfortable for families traveling with children. We have kids’ toys, books, puzzles, games, DVDs, and items for the beach and pool. The kitchen features children’s plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and bibs, as well as a bottle drying rack. A Graco highchair and booster is available for dining and an Ingenuity Playard is available for sleep.

We have many guests who we have the pleasure of welcoming back yearly. We hope you become one of them!

Our family has stayed in may condos over the last 20 years and this was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed in. They had every kitchen tool one can imagine and beach/pool toys as well. We very much enjoyed not having to pack as many items for our stay.

The location & view at this property are superb. The host thought of everything & added nice touches to make the stay more enjoyable (ie; hot chocolate, cookies, post card additional toiletries etc.) The only downfall was the elevator was not working. (Although we were warned ahead of time.)

The owner left a very thoughtful gift basket and contact information which was greatly appreciated. The condo is in a great location with a million dollar view of the ocean and an awesome balcony. The condo is very spacious. The condo can accommodate six people but the dining table only seats four with two people having to sit at the kitchen island. Mattresses were comfortable but the condo in general needs updating. The refrigerator does not have filtered water or ice cubes, the grout in the tile throughout the condo needs to be professionally cleaned, the shower caddy in the master bath is rusted. The ceiling is peeling around every vent, not sure if it is water damage. The headboard does not fit the master bed and knocks up against the wall every time you move. There is tape on one of the bathroom cabinets in the master bath. Minor repairs that will make this property shine brighter.

Long Weekend Getawwy
Perfect- Perfect- Hubby and I we’re looking for a place to unwind, relax, but enjoy the beauty of the beach. We came down spent a few days just the two of us then couple friends joined us the weekend. Absolutely beautiful view from kitchen, living area and master bedroom. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on balcony looking over pool and ocean. All beds were very comfy, condo was stocked very well especially for a family with games, puzzles, movies and even down to dishes. I have to say this condo was the absolute best experience as far as location cleanliness and equipped for the stay. Most definitely would visit again. Several restaurants, little shops within walking distance. We were definitely able to accomplish the purpose of our trip and that was to relax escape the corporate world for a few days and then celebrate with the newlyweds. We simply say THANK YOU and God Bless You for sharing your home with us

Great Rental Selection
From day one...everything was perfect for us. The owners asked the ages of children and provided a pack-and-play, highchair and TOYS of childrens toys. Additionally, there was a closet full of useful beach items! The owners provided soaps and left coffee, filters and a few snacks to get us started. The mattresses are new and very comfortable. Owners family remained responsive to help with restaurants and other vacation suggestions. Cannot do any better for location and view!! Don't think twice....just book this place. Entire experience was way ABOVE the norm.

We could not get the air conditioner to change temperature. It was so cold at times we had to turn it off for awhile. We were glad that it was too cold rather than too hot. Other than that, the condo was GREAT. Very comfortable and well stocked, can’t think of a thing that was missing. Would definitely stay in that unit again.

Fabulous Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful IOP condo. The location is perfect and centrally located, making shops and restaurants an easy walk from the condo. It's a paradise for people-watchers, as public access and parking is right across the street, making the beach a busy place on the weekend. Luckily there's parking under the building, with elevators and luggage carts making unloading easier. The door code is convenient and prevents the hassle of keeping up with a couple of keys between several people. The condo itself is clean, lovely, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything we needed for cooking in, with high end cookware and plenty of dishes, utensils, and drinkware. It was a little unfortunate to not have an icemaker, but it wasn't the end of the world. The living room was comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. The beds were made up with quality linens and were very comfortable. It was great for each bedroom to have its own bath, and the luggage racks were a nice touch. We really enjoyed the balcony and watching the birds, rabbits, and the occasional dolphins. The gates to the pool and beach boardwalk required a code, which I appreciated for security. I would definitely stay in this condo again. The communication from the owners was excellent. Any questions I had were answered quickly and nicely, via email, phone and text. We had a wonderful experience as we celebrated our daughter's graduation from College of Charleston and Mother's Day--hoping to make this an annual trip! Thank you for a great vacation!
