Thank you Mark! When we put the bungalow together, our goal was to put together an entire package intended to “wow” our guests just as you described. While the keys are the reason for the stay, we love that so many people come and then spend 95 percent of their time right here on property. That says mission accomplished to us! Rob told me he guaranteed you that you would catch fish, he doesn’t ever do that unless Capt Chris is available to take people. You both were the perfect guests, we will welcome you back any time!

Hi Linnea, Sorry for this very late response. Id like to give you an update of what we have done since your check out. We have since hired an AC contractor to do monthly maintenance on the AC including monthly filter changes versus normal quarterly. We have also installed a smart thermostat so the vendor can log in and trouble shoot expeditiously should any future issues arise. We have also made significant upgrades to the bungalow and would invite you to review the listing photos and information for the updates. We so hope you return!.

Hello Don, We just wanted to acknowledge your review from late last year. We took over management of the bungalow and wanted to address some of your concerns. First i am happy to hear that your overall vacation was great and address some of your concerns. We have since hired an air conditioning contractor to preform monthly service and maintenance on the new unit Including once monthly changes of the air filter. We have also installed a smart thermostat which will allow the vendor to trouble shoot any thermostat issues remotely to correct in a timely manner. Lastly, we would like to invite you to review the listing again. We have spared no expense to do a full re furnish inside and out.
