3 Story spacious 2 bedroom 2.5 bath. 1st floor built out family room with a bar, ice maker, full size refrigerator. Dining table, pull out sofa, TV with Sonos system and 1/2 bath. Including a stackable washer and dryer. Overlooking the ocean with a terrace and outdoor table with seating for 6.
2nd floor has a bedroom with a full bathroom and large closet, Kitchen with counter stools and balcony with a table for two. Family room with Flat screen TV’s including Sonos sound system. .
Third floor has a master suite with a full bathroom, walk-in closet, compact refrigerator.
Including 2 parking spaces in front of your unit.
