Good location for walking to restaurants, and a great breakfast place next door. Spacious room, very safe area Bathroom lacking any kind of hooks for wet towels and air con the noisiest we have ever known. Even with earplugs it was still loud Pool hours 7am-10pm meant loud children early in the morning - should consider changing 8-9? Would recommend with these slight changes

No coffee making facilities available, no microwave in room. Door to cupboard locked from the inside. Window which could not lock and could be opened from the outside. Very slippy floor surface. Toilet flush was weak and blocked when used.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Sunset inn! the Pool was nice and clean, with enjoyable music playing in the common area. The A/C was always cold which was perfect this time of year. We would definitely stay here again for a perfect long weekend.

It's a small hotel which was fairly priced for a 4th of July weekend. I stayed there because I spent most of the time at a close by condominium where my friends own units. Not on the bayside or ocean-so if you are looking for sunset/water views or swimming in the water- this is not for you! Clean and good AC Nice diner -Mangrove Mikes next door for breakfast/lunch!

This is a motel that has been remodeled, 2 story with no elevator - just to keep in mind if traveling with heavy luggage. The room was clean and the staff friendly. If in the area again we would consider staying again. It is on the mainstrip so easy access, but the road noise can be heard.

The hotel staff were nice, and the pool is wonderful. They are currently doing renovations, but our room was overall very nice. They chose to install floating tile floors, which is a bad idea for the bathroom where the spray from the shower collects on the floor because they don't have a shower door. I suspect that might cause problems in the future. My one real complaint is about Expedia. The purchase says "final price" but there was a $11.25 resort fee charged at checkout for each night which was not included in Expedia's deal.
