Overbooking

We booked the appartement with the terrasse two months before but we got another one without. Apparently they overbooked the place. Clean place, confortable bed, hot water, minimal stuff for cooking is present. There is a Chadraui superstore at walking distance where you can take the bus for downtown. Bring your ear plugs as the place is noisy.

Nice, but not what we booked

Our stay was good. However, our room was over booked. We were approached by other couples that had over booked rooms that had to stay elsewhere until thier room became available. We were accommodated in a similar room. The room was clean and presented well. My concerns were the timeliness of linen and trash changes. That could be addressed more often. We ran out of water the second day, but that was quickly rectified. There will be soccer played closely nightly except Sundays. Overall it was a good stay.
