rooms nice and clean and very comfortable bed,plenty of hot water i would recommend ,close to everything,beach,stores,hidalgo,church,malecon,ferry....

Clean and great location.
Great location for exploring or just hanging out in Isla Mujeres - walking distance to beaches, shopping and beachfront dining. It's also within walking distance of the ferry terminal - even with roller suitcases.
This little hotel is clean and well-maintained.

The staff were great and the rooms comfortable

Trop cher pour ce que ćest !
Du mal à trouver l'hôtel en arrivant sur l'île. Attention un autre hotel s'appelle "le caracol". Je me suis fait peur en arrivant devant. Accueil correcte mais pas vraiment d'effort pour contentée les demandes des visiteurs. La chambre sentait extrêmement fort l'humidité . Impossible d'en avoir une autre été pourtant certaines étaient encore libres. Douche à l'eau froide! Sinon propre et cour intérieur et tres mignon et (la piscine est plutôt une patogeoire) trop cher pour ce que c'est.

Hotel bien placé mais piscine minuscule et sale, manque d'endroit pour prendre le petit déjeuner et on ne nous a pas remis du produit pour la douche.
