"Good place to do nothing. We ate, drank, tanned, and slept extremely well. The staff did all they could to make the most of our trip. Had a great time and left well rested. Travel to Mexico is down 40% according to one guest. It showed as Beloved seemed under utilized. Restaurant openings and menus were slim as a result. We did not leave the safety of the resort either. "

As Expedia VIP guests, we were escorted to the VIP check-in room, where the process was seamless and the staff was incredibly warm. They even accompanied us to our room, explaining all the features along the way. The room itself was spotless, and the housekeeping service was exceptional, with at least two cleanings per day. The hotel’s app was incredibly useful, providing daily activity updates and spa bookings. One of the most thoughtful touches was having a personal butler assigned to each room, who sent daily updates and responded to any requests promptly and warmly. The resort’s greenery was also impressive, adding to the relaxing ambiance. The dining options were excellent, with a dress code that made the experience feel special, and the staff in the restaurants were fantastic. Overall, this was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had!"
