"This was a unique and amazing place to stay.We loved it!! Lauren was an exceptional host from afar, and the people and places she suggested were all top notch, attentive, and wonderful. The house was so cool! Loved swimming off the front deck and so cool to pick up water taxi rides from our front door! Highly recommend this home for the adventurous types!"

"We stayed at Steve’s cabin for the last two nights of our trip to Bocas. The property was everything we wanted, beautiful views, relaxing, and a quick walk to restaurants and water taxis. Steve went out of his way to be helpful and friendly. Gave us great recommendations and great convo. Basti is a very cool island with amazing food and culture. I will 100% stay at Steve’s again."

"The house has a fantastic view. What was not mentioned is that it is literally 97 steps to get to it. When it rains some of the path way is very muddy. One of the wooden steps is not attached. There are chickens and roosters all around which is entertaining except when the roosters start crowing at 2am. The neighbors blasted music outside of their houses every night we were there which lasted as late as 2am. It was a different house every night with sound equipment set up on the porch. There...

"Upon arrival.. the property floors was covered in dust and debris. The sheets and pillows on the bed in the master bedroom was filthy and had a terrible smell of a man body odor. Master bathroom smell like old urine and the mirror had white spots on it. Both master bathroom rugs was dirty and had black debri on them. "We used Boca as a base to explore. The place is small but comfortable beds, full kitchen in our unit and a full shared kitchen across the hall. Air conditioning is quiet and powerful. Power outlets by every bed. Erica the manager is very friendly and helpful. The daily rate is unbeatable. A good supermarket around the corner. We stayed 4 nights. Consider take the bus and do the bat cave."

"This was a great place for winding down for a couple of nights at the end of our 10-day Panama trip. We were impressed with the attentive staff who worked so hard to make things easy and comfortable. And the food at the restaurant was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed the the open air dining room as well as the full beachfront service for lunch and drinks. The water in the area is much too rough for swimming, but we took long walks on the immaculate and isolated Bluff Beach, and when we felt like a dip, we swam in the pool. Our room with a king bed and jungle view was simple, very clean, and carefully appointed with a comfortable bed and luxury linens. They even supplied yoga mats in our room. There are board games, a ping pong table, and a billiards table for entertainment. We also appreciated the eco-friendly efforts, such as the use of solar panels and a refillable water bottle service. We would have signed up for their jungle hike tour but the guide was not available on the particular days that we were staying. We instead relaxed on the beach, being mesmerized by the crashing waves. Thank you to the staff and management who helped make our Panama vacation so memorable!"

"Only stayed for one night (Thursday), but the hotel was perfect for us! The only thing to be mindful about is the constant requests for taxis or tours (or what our plans are for tomorrow) at the nearby businesses on the street. But there’s not much the hotel can do about that, and it may be helpful for some tourists. "

"This hotel was amazing and truly a gem in the area. It’s a little further from the main area but I enjoyed that aspect and there’s a dock right across to catch a water taxi. Very convenient.
