Location, location, location. Being on the lake was wonderful and the infinity pool was gorgeous. Love the feel of the small little towns nearby.

Nice staff, skilled musician playing piano and saxophone, very pretty dining area next to water. Disappointing was the lack of any nearby town, with the charm that we are used to in Italian villages. But it works as an isolated, self-sufficient small resort.

Great location and views.
Great location with stunning views. Swimming in the lake even better than the pool! Hot tub, not particularly impressive. Breakfast first class - in bistro overlooking lake. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice stay at an excellent hotel
The hotel is very nice and tranquil. The very quiet atmosphere might be because our visit was out of season (we went at the end of September), and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are decent size, with high ceilings. We had a partial lake view, but next time would book a lake view room as the view is absolutely amazing. The hotel has a very nice bar with a selection of local Franciacorta sparkling wines, offering snacks and a few lunch options. The restaurant next door is really great with good a la carte options + seasonal dishes (we were lucky to try truffle ones). Had dinner there twice and absolutely loved every dish. There are a lot of activities one could do in the area (hiking, cycling). We did not try those, but we did hire a motor boat in the place advised by the hotel - and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel has access to the lake, but we did not try it as it was late September. The water in the outdoor pool was quite chilly as well, which was not too bad for us as we were the only people swimming. But the ladder leading to the swimming pool needs fixing (not stable at all, maybe even dangerous), as well as thermometer showing the temperature of the water. Another thing to mention - the small heated whirlpool had a strange smell, which put us off it. Not sure if it is only us, but did not see anyone else really using it. The personnel was very nice and helpful, most speaking good English. Would like to come back again

Romantic escape with a view and tasty food
Beautiful experience. I recommend staying at this hotel because it’s really well refurbished and it’s literally lake front. They have a nice pool a outside facing the lake and the breakfast is well assorted and good. All Covid-19 measures are applied. Waiters and staff in general at very kind. The space for improvement is be the aperitif. Savouries and finger food could be better. I also recommend the restaurant Bella Iseo next to the hotel and part of the property. Good was super tasty and the service was accurate.

A relaxing location with very pleasant and efficient staff. The only issue is that without a car it is difficult to reach. The closest station Pilzone is only 500 metres away but unfortunately it is only in use once every two hours in each direction. Therefore if travelling from Brescia it is necessary to either specifically catch a local train travelling through Pilzone or else stop at Iseo or Sulzano and then wait for a train that will travel the one stop at some stage in the next couple of hours to Pilzone. Walking is not an option because of lack of footpaths , no buses cover the journey and taxis are virtually an extinct species in the area. As long as you can reconcile yourself to that problem ( and the fact you need to negotiate the train systeem again to visit anywhere else on the lake) you should have a superb and relaxing few days as we did.

Great hotel on a beautiful lake
This is a great hotel, fabulous staff, food, breakfast and service. A balcony room is over the water and with fantastic views. The pool is also on the lake and excellent. However the local area is very run down, this hotel is probably the best on the whole 60 kms of shoreline. The town of Iseo, a long walk or an easy bike ride, is a highlight, great shopping and restaurants, however the one in the hotel is also great, but a little expensive. Lake Iseo is much quieter and less developed than Como or Garda.
