We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. They did an excellent job handling transport from Naples airport for a very fair price. The view is absolutely amazing with the castle and sea. The room was a great size with plenty of storage space to unpack. We had a sea front room with an amazing balcony for more space and to dry clothes. The patios and porches are so cute and breakfast on the patio with a sea view was so enjoyable every morning. The staff is wonderful form breakfast to evening drinks. The beach/dock is wonderful as well. It is located on a quiet road but two different busses come right the the hotel entrance so we were able to get around easily. There is also a great path in to town off the main road to the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Old world quiet charm!
We chose this hotel for the views, thermal pool and the beachside access. The area was quiet and only 10 minute bus ride from the Ischia port or a 35 minute walk if you’re up for it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really nice- especially with the castle views. The room decor was ‘old world charm’ but was very clean. We especially enjoyed lounging in the chaises by the beach and relaxing and walking into town for our dinners. We stayed in October and benefited from less crowds than the summer.

The room view was absolutely amazing and the hotel is very well located. It could use an upgrade but overall it was good. Although, the room's air conditioning didn't work and the room was infested with mosquitoes - I have never seen so many mosquitoes in a place. I had one of the worst nights trying to fight them off.

Excellent stay at precious quiet corner of Ischia. Nice little garden, hotel owned thermal springs, tiny picturesque beach between cliffs with medieval castle view. Very romantic, calm and health and mind recovering after hectic life in a big city. Not recommended for those looking for crazy night life.

Spectacular View
We visited early November, which is off peak, so the rate was low. For the price we paid, we got a spectacular view of the Aragonese Castle. Sunset was lovely. The beach really isn't much to speak of. The bus is easy and cheap to use but taxis to and from the port where the ferry from/to Naples arrives are expensive. The room was small, and yes, as many people comment about rooms in Italy, it's 2 twin beds pushed together to make a double. The beds were hard. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. One of the hotel staff and the waitress at the restaurant spoke English. The thermal baths were nice, not as warm as a traditional hot tub but warmer than a swimming pool - just right for us.

Det er et mærkeligt sted. Smuk beliggenhed og vores værelser var gode med den fineste udsigt. Selve hotellet er mærkeligt, med undtagelse af to søde tjenere i restauranten var det som om de øvrige havde mistet overblikket og gejsten. Og bare det, at vi skulle betale 15 euro pr person for en liggestol ved vandet - altså 60 euro pr dag for en familie på fire. Mens man er på hotellets område.

Un'oasi di pace a Cartaromana. Struttura immersa nel verde, con parco termale all'interno contornato da infinite piante e alberi da frutto. Accesso diretto al mare, lontano dalla folla dei turisti. Riservato e intimo. Personale attento e disponibile. Molto consigliato.

Personale sia alla reception che in sala, ottimi. Struttura non soddisfacente : alcune stanze non sono munite di frigo, altre, di nuova costruzione, sono disagevoli in quanto non facilmente accessibili: ci sono diverse scale esterne che rendono faticoso l'accesso alle camere. La conduzione proprietaria ci è sembrata alquanto" ruspante", Forse non proprio adeguata alle esigenze di una clientela moderna. Buona la cucina e prezzi medi.

la descrizione del ns. albergo chiarisce bene le distanze, le scale, e quanto vuole sapere prima di prenotare, basta leggere con attenzione. per quanto riguarda il "Ruspante" lo prendo come un complimento, tale termine si riferisce ad un pollo di buona salute e con carne molto soda, attaccata all'osso e che deve faticare nel mangiarlo. le auguro di avere alla mia età la stessa energia. sig.ra rosa

Frühstück kontinental, aber einfach. Super die Kaffeemaschine für sämtliche Kaffeevarianten und der täglich frisch gepresste Orangensaft! Unentspannt die FEST reservierten Tische pro Zimmer auf der Restaurant-Terrasse. Genial die Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse/Balkon, die Termen, der eigene Strand. Ruhig, entspannend, sehr zu empfehlen wer Entspannung sucht

Very nice pools with thermal water, in beautiful garden with a spectacular sea views, a lot of stairs to the sea. Sea is clean, but with many gelly fish and there is no beach, you need to enter from the small molo, so maybe not for small kids or people who cannot swim at all... Scenery is great, you can see beautiful castle, small islands, etc. Breakfast is buffe-type from 8 to 9 AM, it is moderate, we were not hungry ;) mainly sweet cakes, cheese, ham, eggs but if you do not come early fruits are gone (apple, oragne) and food and water is generally not added.Hotel is clean, furniture is a bit old-fashioned but everything worked, we had a small balcony with scenic view. there is a direct bus no 12 and 13 stopping in the front of hotel from the port. No shops nearby but you can walk (cc 30 min)/take bus to the city. They have dinner plan: set for 20 euro, you can choose from the menu: several types of entrance (pastas, soups), main disch, salad bar and dessert. This is a competitive price to the restaurants in the city and food was good. There is wi-fi. Generaly recommended.

Отдых Relax
Отличный отель для отдыха компании друзей и просто пар. Прекрасный сад, термальные ванны, отличный вид на море. Несколько напрягает спуск к воде на пляж, но это только первое время. Солнце, воздух, вода и прекрасный вид перевешивает все неприятности. Этот отель не для тех, кто любит поесть, хотя мы и не голодали-всего вмеру. За 8-10 дней получите прекрасный Relax.

Zona tranquilla, mare stupendo. L'albergo è raggiungibile con un unico autobus dal porto in circa dieci minuti. Ottima la colazione, l'unica nota stonata sono le scale x raggiungere il mare, ma tutta la parte della spiaggia di Cartaromana è così.

Todella surkea hotelli, henkilökunta nyrpeää, kielitaidotonta. Mainostaa itseään näköalalla ja ravintolanpöydät numeroitu joten aamupalalla piti istua nurkassa. Palveluita ri ollut esim. ravintosta ei saanut ruokaa kuin määrättynä aikana. Älä vaan mene tähän hotellin, yksi huonommista missä olemme ikinä olleet.

Servizi nel complesso buoni che includono l accesso alla piscine termali e alla spiaggia privata, camere pulite e la vista da quelle nella struttura in alto è davvero otttima su tutto il golfo di Napoli. La struttura è datata ma c'è un buon rapporto qualitá prezzo. Colazione completa con ottime torte. Piatti a cena buoni ma essenziali. Due cose da cambiare: mettere il wifi gratuito visto che il telefono fatica a ricevere, e la pizza a mezzogiorno, non proprio napoletana.

Östlicher Teil der Insel, Carta Romana, sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Die Thermen bieten einen hervorragenden Blick auf den garten sowie das Castell, eben wie auf den Postkarten abgebildet. Wer geduld aufbringt, bekommt auch die öffentlichen Buslinien, die genau vor dem Hotel Endstation haben. Die Pools sind zwar klein, dafür aber garantiert mit echtem Quellwasser ohne Zusätze. Das Essen bietet echte italiensiche Küche, ohne Verkünstelungen, dabei stets frisch zubereitet. Die Fischgerichte sind immer zu empfehlen. Der Service bietet jeden erdenklichen Komfort, immer frische Handtücher in jeder Größe, was für die Poolbenutzung sedhr angenehm ist. Das Team immer hilfsbereit, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut gegeben. Gerne sind wir weider Gast dort, dann aber noch mit unserer Tauchausrüstung, denn der eigene Strandzugang bietet hervorragende Möglichkeiten, die Grotten und Felsunterhölungen zu erkunden.

Hervorragende Lage mit schönen Thermalgarten
Die Lage in der Bucht Cartaromana auf Ischia ist wunderschön. Blick auf das Castel und auf Capri. Die Anlage ist von einem schön angelegten Garten umgeben. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, das Badezimmer war neu renoviert. Das Hotel hat an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedarf, wer also Wert auf hohen Standard legt, sollte einen Stern mehr buchen. Das Personal war insgesamt freundlich aber nicht überschwenglich. Die Thermalbecken sind nicht für Kinder geeignet, da das Wasser einen hohen Mineraliengehalt hat.

La sua posizione eccellente è sfruttata male
nonostante ci fosse stato detto che l'hotel avesse un parcheggio in realtà il parcheggio era la strada dove per trovare un posto bisognava parcheggiare a 1 km dall'hotel, servizio wi-fi a pagamento ma purtroppo non è funzionante ed essendo un punto dove i telefoni hanno difficoltà a ricevere siamo stati una settimana isolati, solo al di fuari della struttura si riusciva ad avere un po di campo, il servizio in generale lascia molto a desiderare

tutto bellissimo panorama, cena e colazione negli standard unica pecca la posizione delle camere che non alloggiano all'interno della struttura... per arrivarci bisogna percorrere un stra in salita con una pendenza del 60% comunque ciò non ha influito sul nostro soggiorno che è stato bellissimo grazie al panorama offerto dall'hotel

Incantevole solo per la vista il resto desll'hotel e' stato deludente, camere piccole bagno con doccia piccolo a mala pena entravi dentro con pezzi di sanitari che ti restavano in mano, seggiole del terrazzino rotte arredamento da buttar via .Hotel trascurato e non curato. Una parte dell'hotel e staccata da tutto il resto per raggiungere la nostra camera sembrava di attraversare in aperta campagna. Breakfast di livello scarso con cornetti duri e vecchi a colazione e senza frutta nonostante vi si soggiorna in pieno estate essendo al mare,ristorante scarso,cameriera di sala gentile e disponibile. Personale della reception non capisce niente di lingua inglese nexppure i termini tecnici piu comunemente usati. Sconsiglierei assolutamente quest'hotel.

In un paesaggio incantevole l'albergo della conduzione familiare fa il suo punto di forza raccogliendo e risolvendo le esigenze dei clienti senza rinunciare ad uno stardard adeguato dei servizi generali di un hotel. Ottima la cucina con piatti tipici locali che possono essere serviti in un giardino rigoglioso accanto a accoglienti piscine termali. Gentile e disponibile il personale che provvede anche al servizio bar sulla piccola spiaggia privata.

Bellissimo albergo con graziosa vista panoramica.
Esperienza fantastica,un posto dove il relax regna,ottimo servizio,graziosa struttura,ottimo il pranzo e la cena,parco termale,camere con ottima vista mare lato castello aragonese,proprietari e staff molto ospitali...esperienza da rifare...non ci si può dire niente di negativo nei confronti di questa struttura perché è ben curata in tutti i particolari.

Gli esterni sono davvero degni di nota,vista mozzafiato,giardini curati,vasche termali molto piacevoli,spiaggia privata molto bella e con servizio ombrelloni -lettino gratuito. Pecca dell'hotel sono le camere,almeno la nostra era decisamente antiquata,poco insonorizzata e cob arredi molto economici e datati.andrebbe sicuramente migliorata.migliore il bagno,dotato di finestra. Altra pecca .. L'hotel non ha parcheggio, multa dietro l'angolo!

Die Lage und die Sicht sind super. Schön ist es einen eigenen Strandzugang zu haben, die Qualität des Mittelmeeres lädt dort unbedingt zum baden ein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit dem schönsten Blick auf die Burg, die Küste von Neapel, sowie Procida und Capri. Die Bäder könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Aber alles im allem war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis i.O. Wobei wir immer die Buchung nur mit Frühstück empfehlen würden, Abends in Porto zu Essen ist viel schöner.
