"Kathleen was the most excellent, communicating host from throughout the entire renting process! We had to call her once during our stay for an issue, which she handled promptly. The location of the house, pool, views are most excellent. Appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen to prepare food. Geeat place to explore from, come back, and unwind. Or just stay and relax! If we come back to the island, I hope Kat's Seachange is still available. "

"East End Overlook:Wow! What incredible views. It's hard to be in one place, on any island, and see both the South and North sides. You can at the East End Overlook and it's very cool. The silence of the environment was spectacular. So very relaxing and invites you, every day, to simply relax on the balconies and simply look and be mesmerized by the colors of the waters below.This location is capped off with a very nice pool to relax in after being on the beach all day. Our 5-year-old granddaughter loved an evening plunge every day of our trip. So did the rest of us. Beyond all that, the property is very spacious in all areas and invites you to stay longer than you probably can, as my wife and I hated leaving after being there for nearly two weeks.I've been travelling the Caribbean islands for 43 years now, staying at many wonderful resorts for relaxing, diving and all the great things that the islands offer. If you want a quiet spot away from busy beaches with spectacular views that are quite difficult to even find, consider staying at the East End Overlook. This is a remote location, and driving is required to go to most activities. It became well worth it to me, my wife and our adult children who grew up doing the islands as kids. Our entire family fell in love with this property. You will too."

"This home was perfect for our vacation! We traveled as 4 couples and everyone had their own bathrooms & bedrooms. The home was well stocked for eating/cooking as well as extras. The wifi worked great and the pool deck was stunning for long days and nights. As the less touristy/populated area, it was quiet and clean. The linens and beds were extremely comfortable! The check in and out processes were seamless. Highly recommend!"

"We spent 2 nights here. The views were great, the pool was clean, and the food/bar had decent food and great service. It is a bit far from the airport and downtown compared to other options."

"I am so confused about the positive reviews and the reality of our stay. The good: The rooms were modern and clean Some of the staff were hardworking and pleasant (Gregory? At the bar was great) The bad: The food! They had a lovely looking Italian restaurant that was closed without explanation. The only options were a subpar buffet (breakfast and dinner only) and a pool grill (lunch and dinner only). The buffet was limited and the food was not good. They don’t have an omelet station all days. Some days there was no wait staff, so guests had to clear their own tables. Since the only lunch option was a grill, the wait could be 40-60minutes (and some of the menu items unavailable). The site lists a cafe as a dining option, but they only have premade cookies. Understaffed. The entire resort was severely understaffed. The site also lists a lobby bar, that was not open at all. The site lists a second pool and a gym, neither of which are on site and we never found them. No gift shop. If you run out of sunscreen or advil or anything, expect to spend $50 round trip in taxi fare and 40 minutes round trip into town. Other observations: Older crowd. Lots of 60+. Quiet vibe The beach was beautiful to look at, but not swimmable because of seaweed. All in all, I do not feel I received the trip I booked and paid for"

"20/10! Couldn't have been a better experience! The house was immaculate and even better than the pictures. The view and sunsets were so amazing we changed our plans for dinners out, and went out for lunch instead, and didn't want to leave the pool. Kitchen was well provisioned, as well as lots of towels, soaps, etc. Communication with Robin was quick and easy. We will definitely be back!!"

"The views were as wonderful as advertised. Jin and his wife couldn’t have been friendlier. We had a rough travel day dealing with cancellations so we arrived later than expected so having to have instructions told to us rather than written out to read at our leisure was the reason for the 4 on check in.
