The location is great. The staff was wonderful especially the girl at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but overall great place to stay while visiting NYC.

The Manhattan Club
The in-room coffee machine was extremely loud, had video instructions only, didn't work half the time, and only made tiny cups of coffee.
