Conveniently located within walking distance to markets, restaurants, and shops. Next door is miles of trails and several lakes at the San Joaquin Wildlife Reserve. Ten minutes to the beach. The spacious club house offers a movie theater, game room, full kitchen, office center, and more. Concierge services as well as resident community events. This clean and quiet top floor condo includes crown molding, granite countertops and 1000MB wifi, and internet connections throughout. Included for all your streaming services is a 43" 4K Roku TV in the living room and a 36" Roku TV in the bedroom.

One reserved parking spot close to the apartment on the same level the apartment is located. It is included in the rate. There is also plenty of 72hr visitor parking spots available inside the same gated parking garage.
