"I always enjoy my stay there, I got an executive suite this time kitchen refrigerator wasn't very clean and the hot tub needs to be repainted and the bubbler needs to be fixed it's been like this for 2 years now and it's still the same which I don't understand why they don't do upgrades other than that I enjoy it because I like chisago City and it's close by my son to visit with him but I really wish they would fix the hot tub, because it doesn't look very appealing"

"Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and a good variety of breakfast options. The room was very nice and the hotel was well maintained. The only downsides were that there was no hot tub, and the pool was quite cold."

"Suite was very nice. Bed was comfortable with ample covers. Roof hot tub nd back patio with fire were lovely for a drink on a chilly evening. Front desk, room service and bar service were all great. Lack of real curtains for large street facing windows felt very exposing at night with lights on in the room and made sleep difficult. Real curtains were on the windows facing the building next door, which made the lack of them on street facing windows more confusing. No in room fridge. Mat in shower did not stick to the shower floor leading to a small but painful slip. Overall great place to stay with a few places for minor improvements."
