The room carpet was wet, room and the hotel in general was stingy and noisy, the sledge continental breakfast, poor preparation and fewer options near to say was 2 option.

Nothing like the photos suggested. The room was filthy, smelled like heavy mold. The beds were hard as a rock. The hallways smelled like curry. TV channels did not work. Horrible experience.

I did rent 2 rooms. One room was in very good conditions, second room (#109) had a very bad odor,the window didn’t open. The sink had rust, bad odors in bathroom.

Great rate will come again

Great value, quiet and clean. Perfect for reasonable people who dont expect the Ritz-Carlton at bargain prices. The host John is refreshing, hilarious and kind. I will be staying again in about 2 weeks.

It’s an older super eight. It is affordable, there is a bed and a shower. A fridge and microwave. Owner/front desk was awesome, kind, respectful. Not a luxury hotel but a nice budget friendly. My room did look like the pictures

Worst place ever not even Baby Jesus would stay

After praying with me and for me during check in which was weird and awkward. The owner then wanted to know everything about what I do for work. I work in the cannabis industry which is legal in Michigan. The owner went into my room with out my permission after calling me six times in a half hour during a business meeting I had left the hotel for. Because I smelled of cannabis. He then told it me it was a place dedicated to god and that I was a bad person and needed to be saved. Absolute lunatic!!!

Don’t stay here

At check in we were asked if we had pets with us. We told them no. Next day a few hours after we checked out they called and asked again if we had a dog in our room. No! The pool that was an amenity was not open, sounds like it hasn’t been open in years after reading other reviews. We found the owner of the hotel leaking outside our room 2 different times. The room card didn’t work at all had to have it changed out a few times. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish we could get a refund.

Horrible experience. We booked this as a last minute stay because we decided last minute to go away for the weekend. The hotel owner calls me 9:28 pm to ask if we are still going to be going there. I said yes and will be there later. He then calls me back at 10:30 to ask me if we are still coming (room is paid for and he claims to do night audit). We arrive at 1045 pm he tells me they have no staff on duty from 11pm until morning. Like seriously how it can be a hotel with no staff overnite. We decide to get a snack and all but 3 things in the veding machine are EXPIRED from 2023. Get to our room there is hair on the toilet (not ours) and in the sink. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years the hotel itself smells old and musty. The only good thing about the hotel was he was nice enough to lend me a charger for my phone hence why I gave it a 1 instead of 0. WILL NEVER ever stay there again.

Room was smelly. The fridge and most other electronics including lights were unplugged on arrival. Smelled terribly of wet dog. Front desk staff were very slow and barely understood me. “Breakfast” offerings were slim. Looks like a super 8 knock off as phone and wifi were still saying super 8 with the logo. Very odd

The staff/manger was very nice and even gave me the room for cheaper than what I booked it for which was awesome! The room was dirty and in need of a complete make over. The room smelt of cigarettes so bad. Which sadly once someone smokes ins room it’s ruined and so hard to get out. Something was also wrong with the AC unit, the window didn’t lock. I would stay again but not for an extended stay. Hopefully, the owners can put some money into the place and steam clean the rooms to get the cigarette smoke out. All the best! And thanks again!

The owners were very polite. Expedia sold me a queen size room. When we arrived at the hotel they were all out, offered a king instead then tried to charge me the difference. I asked to cancel my room at that point, I was not going to pay another $16 in an Up charge fee. The owner then offered us the King at the price we paid already. He said it was Expedia, overselling queen size rooms. As for my comment "misleading on amenities" the hot tub was not hot, the sauna was out of order, there was a broken smoke alarm in our room, lock on the window was broken. As for the" Breakfast included" what a JOKE!! Breakfast choices consisted of coffee, tea, fruit(an apple or banana) and a small slice of coffeecake served on a small countertop in the lobby, not in the cafe area.
