"Beyond pissed. Reserved room on expedia. King suite with jacuzzi. Got there only to be told room was not available and put into a king room that stunk like urine, floor was filthy, no jacuzzi tub, room looked like it was in middle of construction, and we found ticks!!! We packed fast in the morning and left. Its our anniversary and to say we are beyond upset, and to find out they are still charging us for a jacuzzi room!!!!! WTFFFF. I didnt complain because the man at the front desk i cant understand a word from his mouth. This is the 3rd Baymont we have had issues and Baymont has lost our business forever. Save yourself the money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"

"Old , sheets were worn, towels seemed to have spots, not very clean. Bed was rock hard, pillows flat, like magazines "

"The front desk staff was very rushed, barely said a word and just hurried us along during check in like we were burdening him. The TV had maybe a handful of channels that actually worked. The hot tub is nice and hot, but it’s so full that as an adult I couldn’t sit in it without half of my face being under water. There weren’t any dirty socks under the bed like the last time though!! (Assuming that last part…I was afraid to check.)"
