"Nice location "

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Rooms were tight quarters with those beautiful log bed frames. Only 3 of us and hard to move at times. Other than that, great little getaway for my boys to ski and kick it poolside"

"Everything was clean, staff was nice, however early in the morning before our checkout, my child was sitting at the desk in our room and a cleaning person took it upon themselves to let themself in our room. However, once they saw someone in the room, they quickly left. Everything else was fine. But also, what happened to knocking first and announcing yourself? "

"Bed was very comfortable. Thick ice at entrances which was hazardous. No pool towels available both time we used the hot tub. "

"Room was very clean staff really wants to do a good job you can tip the personnel via a QR code next to a staff signed card."

"Bed was fresh bedding and very comfortable the room also had a recliner,refrigerator, microwave and phone jacks to charge phone and very good TV stations to enjoy some great movies or even all time classics shows👍😉"

"Breakfast was the bare minimum. The only hot option was biscuits and gravy and the biscuits where rock hard. The hot tub was out of order. The picture for the pool and hot tub online must have been taken about 5-10 years ago and does not represent the current state it is in. The pictures of the rooms also look much nicer than what they are, hotel is very patched together/ older and could use a quick paint job in alot of locations.The room and hotel were on the dirtier side. The floor in our room wasn't swept, there was hair in the whirl pool and shower and there was garbage and items left in the cupboards and drawers form the last person. The bed/ bedding and towels were clean though."

"We booked last minute coming up to snowmobile. Had a super late check in where the receptionist was super helpful and pleasant. Amenities were great and everything easily accessible. Thank you"
