"Very clean and contemporary. Rooms are very small. Was difficult to navigate if you’re a person with mobility issues. Lounge made excellent cocktails and all staff were very accommodating"

"We stayed in a deluxe twin room which has a double bed and a single bed. There are plenty tea and coffee provided and the hotel’s restaurant provides some dishes that can be ordered anytime throughout the day. The bathroom is clean and spacious, it is equipped for disabled guests. The location is ideal - not far from the centre and close to one of the tour company’s pick up point (this is the main reason why I had chosen the hotel). We would recommend it to fellow travellers to Dublin. "

"We arrived in Dublin for my birthday. The next day while going to a birthday dinner, we were robbed by immigrants in Dublin. They stole my phone and my wallet. I had to make calls to cancel everything. It completely ruined our trip there we were with no money. and no credit cards the night manager was so kind. He ordered a pizza and gave us €20 until I could get some wired money they went way beyond the call of duty. I’d like to add that the drinks were fabulous and the dinners on the menu were delicious. "

"The breakfast bar had excellent selections each day we utilized it. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. The staff were very good, welcoming and definitely helpful to find things to do. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Kitty at the front desk gave us some places to visit and would ask about our experience which made the stay very welcoming!!
