"To begin with we had to ask to be moved to a different room becaise the a/c didn't work at all. Room temperature upon arrival was 80 degrees. 3rd floor windows could not be opened and after half an hour of the a/c being "on" room temperature was 84 degrees during that hour period we discovered that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room and the only toiletries available were toilet paper and 2 very small bars of soap. Once at the front desk to request the room change i inquired about the websites advertised breakfast because of the lack of refrigerator/microwave we found out they served no breakfast but coffee (nothing else) was available. Anyway we switched rooms to the one right next door. Same kind of room (2 beds) the a/c did work and both a microwave and refrigerator were in this room but just like last only 2 small bars of soap and toilet paper provided for guest use. While not horrible the entire stay failed to meet any kind of expectation especially for 70 bucks on a weekday stay. Needless to say we simply will not return. Just save the 70 bucks and sleep in your car. Sorry but you did ask"

"Very scenic view from the porch. Sunrise is gorgeous to see. The cabin is frozen in time and looks cozy and simplistic with a warm feeling. Also in a very nice location with stores and restaurants nearby with good food "

"We booked this moderately priced hotel from our car as we were traveling through the area. The room rates were a little higher for this hotel than other hotels in that area along our route. We wanted a little nicer room and expected that with this hotel. After we arrived, at the front desk, I was told that I could not add our IHG Hotel rewards to the reservation since we had booked using Travelocity. The room was not the one that I booked, instead it was 2 queens instead of 1 king. On Travelocity, no queen rooms were available, so we booked a king room. Then when we arrived and entered the room it was a king, so that was a little confusing. The beds were very comfortable and made up for the confusion. The window shade was not working properly and had some small holes in it as well. The breakfast buffet was good for that hotel price range."

"This home was perfect for our getaway, allowing for us to bring our pups without being in the congested areas. The views were beautiful and the home was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to the area and if we return we will look to book this place again."
