Hotel is perfect for families and is walking distance from a mall. Safe to walk around the area and Starbucks is a plus being right next door. Provided home cooked breakfast every morning and staff was super friendly. Small but very welcoming.

Maybe more food in the vending machines would be great as no food is avail and not so safe to be out in the streets at dark making it very challenging for a late night snack /meal. With that in mind, a mini fridge in the room may be a great addition. Closet space (lack of) was very disappointing and even more so the amount/lack of hangers.

First they couldnt find the reservation and left me waiting in the lobby about 1 hour. Then there was no remote for the tv in the room and the internet never worked. The next morning when we were getting ready someone from housekeeping opened the door when we still had 3 hours until check-out.

La hospitalidad es agradable, sin embargo, el aire acondicionado de la habitación hace mucho ruido, si van de trabajo, no podrán concentrarse para seguir trabajando en la habitación por el sonido del aire bastante molesto .. deberían de cambiarlos!
