Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. The light of the carpark room was no function and we need to open the gate and smart door in dark condition when we went back from dinner. We found cockroach at the bathroom too. Very disappointed with the owner’s response. The rest of the facilities all good.
