It is only 150m away from the central square of Ioannina, the central market and the largest underground parking of the city (just a 3-minute walk). It is also 1.4 km from the lake-pier of Ioannina, 1 km from the Castle, 1.3 km from the Dasylium, 700 m from the Archaeological Museum and 4.7 km from the airport.

It has 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa, while in the kitchen there is a double bed sofa. A total of 4 to 5 people can be accommodated.
