The house was a great location from the National Park and my family really enjoyed coming back after a long day in the park. The games were a hit by the kids and the house had everything in order to make a good meal after eating out for so many days."

"We were 7 people staying at this house for a night. We thought the common area queen bed was set up, until later we realized that we had to set up the blowup mattresses ourselves. But it was too late that we found out and realized the blow-up mattresses were in one of the closets the next morning via the reply from the host. It would be nice if this was informed before we arrived. Eventually, the host sent a very informative and detailed message regarding the check-in just not the blowup...

"An adorable little house within walking distance from the Kern and town. This place is attached to another property. It had a great floor plan and was a comfortable space. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. I was looking forward to using the hot tub but, it was not for me. However, this was because someone (else visiting the property) may have left the top open after they used it and it filled with tree leaves/droppings. "If you are visiting Sequoia Park, the location of this house is unbeatable. It is spacious and clean. Sheila Stone, the manager, was quick to respond to any issues, such as replacing burned-out light bulbs. She exemplifies a friendly and courteous super host. The only reason for the overall 4-star rating is that the house is quite old. While it is a great place to stay, we have experienced nicer accommodations in this price range, which is why we couldn't give it a full 5 stars."
