Apartment was very clean and obviously well maintained. Had dinner in the Waterside restaurant and it was excellent, sea bass was amazing and the staff were very professional.
£12 to park overnight in hotel car park, come on Glenn Mhor, thats extortion and will be off putting for future stays for sure !!
We loved staying at here. The distillery and bar made for easy hanging out before bed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable.
Super loud squeaky floors- could hear people walking all night above us but great location!

Beautiful facilities and great restaurants with friendly staff. Our room was in desperate need of a remodel. The ceiling leaked into the living room area (which was more concerning since we were ground level with rooms above us) and carpet and lighting certainly needed updated. Overall, it was an okay location.
We loved the apartment- spacious, clean, beautiful kitchen. We arrived later so we were not able to eat at the restaurant. A flight of stairs to get into the apartment- no lift. Great big bathtub, large comfortable beds. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Check in great. Staff helpful. Parked in lot behind. Stayed in a two bedroom. Needs upgrading but space large enough for 5. Overall okay for cost but may look elsewhere. Not sure of the smaller rooms however. Whiskey bar looked nice.
Loved the east walk to city center and all the upgrades around the property. The waterside, their on site restaurant was disorganized and at the end of the stay, there were several charges to our account that did not belong to us. The staff members at check out got it all sorted. Other than the on-site restaurant, this was a wonderful place to stay!
Charming property directly on the River Ness. Convenient to town, restaurant, distillery/brewery on site. Dylan, the manager, was very receptive to resolving a miscommunication with Expedia for us
An amazing place to stay.
Needs slight tlc in rooms

We loved our stay in Inverness and it was made more pleasant staying at the Glen Mhor. Overlooking the river, nice friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast each day, warm and comfortable room. Will return again on our next visit.
What a lovely place! We were impressed with the cleanliness, the comfort, the kindness of all staff and the great location! We stayed in one of the apartments and
would stay there again! The hotel restaurant is delicious and we highly recommend. We have only great things to say about this lovely place!
The aparmtent was really nice. We arrived early and were abke to check in a little bit earlier aswell. We found all the staff we spoke to really helpful. The partment was clean and tidy and contained everything we needed. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Disliked: Cleanliness
We stayed in apartment seven. Location is great but the apartment was dusty in areas, several light bulbs were blown and the front door was drafty and had a crack in it. There was a radiator on the one wall that had a panel falling off that didn’t seem safe for kids. Windows opening wide also a hazard for younger children. Maintenance seems to be an issue and I would not stay here again.
Our stay was wonderful. We loved being so close to the River Ness and it’s beautiful walking paths. The Glen Mhor is also close to the center of town for easy access to food and shopping. One thing that would have been nice in our apartment was working windows in the dining and lounge area. It was very hot with no way to open the windows for relief as they were sealed shut and the sliding door was locked.
Very well located, apartment itself very spacious and clean. Was lacking supplies and when I asked at desk for basic supplies they were not helpful or friendly at all. The area around the apartment/courtyard/alley the entire week we were there was constantly filled with litter. Regardless of those minor things we enjoyed our stay.
We stayed in apartment 10. It is in need of repairs, cleaning and updating. The shower was gross. The towels were old and threadbare. You could hear upstairs neighbors way too easily. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. It is conveniently located and has free parking, otherwise completely overpriced for what you get.
Wouldnt stay here again, apartment 1 is in disrepair. Ripped, dirty carpets and uncomfortable beds. Disspointing! When i brought it up at checkout, they just agreed that the apartment is run down!

So they have a hard checkout time of 11 am. If you get late , they will charge you 20 pounds for each hour delay, which is completely fine but they will not tell you about this policy until you are late for checkout. A person will come at your door at 11:15 am and tell you that you will be charged 20 pounds an hour. If you have such strict rules for checkout atleast give a heads up when customers check in
May 2023, this hotel is run down, damp and outdated BUT during our stay we discovered it has a new management team and I have high hopes for the future. On the plus side, the location is brilliant and the staff are friendly.
Currently, the apartments are sad, grubby and mouldy. Due to problems with the apartments, we stayed in three units during our six day visit. The bones of this place are good. It’s a vast, historic local stone building. But Wi-Fi is terrible, all the interior apartments look into the neighboring homes windows, the bathrooms and kitchens are worn out… the bedrooms are cramped and their are no luggage racks or furniture to put cases on.
Deeply wish we had booked elsewhere.
This property was not at all as it appears on the outside. It looks cute and fun and nice, but once we got our apartment, it was completely different. Everything is wrong. Our ceiling had a leak that we made them aware of. They said maintenance had already left so it’ll until tomorrow. No one ever came. We had mugs and pots in the ground to collect the drops of water. Too much to type here. But I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone!
Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. We stayed in apartment 11, there was a layer of dirt/dust everywhere and it smelt musty. The kitchen floor had been ‘repaired’ with duct tape and the living room carpet had stains all over it. It is a converted big house into smaller flats and you could hear the people upstairs moving about/flushing the toilet etc.
Advertised as child friendly but all the coffee table/dressing tables had movable glass tops on them and there was an open fire with concrete all around it & no fireguard. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time and there was stains on the bedding. I booked just a few days in advance and for the price I paid for one night (£250) it was shocking!
